A Beachwalk at BAIE DE L'EMBOUCHURE, Oyster Pond, Saint Martin

This is a short video about a recent hike we did with friends. La Baie de l’Embouchure is
situated close to Caye Château in walking distance to Oyster Pond. This beach is
backed by beautiful nature. The narrow stripe of land with the beach to the east is bordered by the French Quarter Fish Pond to the west. There you also find one of the biggest mangrove habitat of Saint Martin. As you can see in the video, there’s still a lot of damage to the mangroves due to Hurricane Irma in 2017. But there’s significant recovery on the other hand.
