- This is a design concept for a 3 bedroom Split Level House with an attic.
The lower floor has a Main Bedroom, Living area, Kitchen and Dining area, Toilet and Bath, Entry porch, outdoor dining area, and a pool.
The attic floor has 2 bedrooms, a hall overlooking the kitchen and dining area, a loft office space with a Hammock above the master’s bedroom. The loft office space can be converted to an additional bedroom.
Lower Floor Area: 63 sqm
Attic Floor Area: 35 sqm
The House cost is roughly estimated at around Php 2.0 M (Usd 40K).
I super love your design. Just by looking at the picture I instantly fell in love with it. When I saw the video, my heart was pounding with joy, the design is exactly what I wanted my future farmhouse to be (I hope & pray). Gourgeous!

i likke the design except that why the kitchen is situated or located on the ground floor right through the entrance of the house? this design is most likely in condominium apartment but not in a single detached house. well, anyway.

88 SqM can be also extent into the another extreme miscellanous lot allocations for examples of swimmer's fitting room gender divided, either oversized swimming pool or another adult sized one, extended 2 to 4 car garage, another extended room as long as 88 SqM can be extendable for a huge spacious lot, these are only regular examples whilst customising the designs and redesigns varied from the extent of the architectures who owned this specific blueprint,
It was one of the best I've seen so far its more on the presentation though its not presented well. You can still organize the slides and it will be perfect ❤️

Good dimensional plan sir, but in India cubism style plans are current trend, Indian architects think a slope ceiling is end, because you can't build, further up! All the best sir.

Surprisingly it is a well-complex details with Classic American accents on its stylish appearances but it is aesthetically perfect and yet they having extended functionalities to caters a temporary guest, and it is the acceptable comtemporary classics with at least it is fit for upper-middle class and up to the extreme upper-class to its gorgeous looks,
as yet have a sound often scared upon the loft styles climbing the ladder with limited harness as yet the extended loft through the indoor dining table area that they often need much more elevated reinforced sides at the hallways,
But overall I rated it among the best well-complete package with many bonuses, the Swimming Pool and the decent garage with almost no signs of hazards
