I've ordered a pair of these in 10ft. I'm usually not tarty, but they look easy on the eye. I've already got a few retractables, but I fancy a pair of proper 10ft'ers too. Plus the handles don't look too long, I just can't get on with the stupidly long handles on some rods.
@@carpologytv My10ft'ers arrived and I must say, I'm impressed. Very slim but with good steely power. I attached a reel and tied up to the fence and gave them some stick, they have a nice progressive through action which I think will also have some uses for my pike fishing. They're now wearing a pair of UltegraXTD 5500 which feel like an excellent match for them👍
I'm afraid the review is missing quite a lot of info ie what carbon is used =ton, What is the feel of the Rods in comparison to a Nash or a daiwa model, Are they going to produce a telescopic version, what's the packdown size, are they balanced. What brand of carbon was used and finally was you paid to review these Rods? Carpology are never negative about any product is because they are scared of losing a silent sponsor or patron etc. There is definitely a market for carp fishing Reveiw programme that tells the truth!
There is a market for that but it'd be hugely expensive to get started because you're going to have to buy it all rather than getting given equipment to review. It should be noted that carpology are doing nothing illegal or immoral, they are paid by companies to promote their products, it's their business model and pretty much the same model as any specialist media company, youtube videos aren't profitable on their own unless you are getting hundreds of thousands of views per video. A review can mean a critical appraisal of something (I watched a movie last night, it wasn't very good) but it can also be an overview of the basic facts (I watched a movie about aliens last night that was 120 minutes long and directed by Michael Bay).
Really like the looks of these and ready to buy I just can’t decide 10 or 12ft 🤷🏻♂️
12ft.. there will always been a time when 10fts just can't do what you need.
Nice rods and very well made. Very good price 👍👍👍.
Anyone know what carbon its made from?

Stupidly long handles are on casting rods, prefer them on all rods personally as nothing worse than not having the gear to get the distance if needed
@@danielmorris3446 Don't worry, I've been around the block 😎. Been fishing 50 years and I know what I'm comfortable with now 👍.
ive got a set of 3 of the 12 ft 3.25tc at my mates shop, going to look at them tomo, but they look good
Nice review Luke, they look awesome 💥👍
can you please make a video for Nash Siren Night Glo Swinger
What reels are you using on these rods?
@@carpologytv Thank-you.
What size is tip eye? On the 10ft version
They’re not made to the extraordinarily shocking sub standard levels as their rolling tables then ?
Hi mate. What reels were you using on the 12ft?
I think they're his black diawa tourney 5000ts

It's a promotion not a review. I'm yet to hear them say a particular product should cost half of the rrp!
Have to agree with your comment, they are masses of rods on the market, the type and amount of carbon vs fibre glass make a massive difference.
You got more rods that nash and daiwa lol free sprit our unreall
he has a beard so he must know what he is talking about , right ?
Yawn! Jumping on the bandwagon, 7 years to late, or was that spent developing the rods!🤣
