I just got my first Weihrauch and I've been shooting it a lot. It's so accurate i was amazed, it's also very smooth shooting. I am wondering how stable the portable bench is that you're using.
well first congrats on your first weihrauch as I am sure there will be more to come in your future. Second the table i shoot off is very solid and very stable that is why I use it. it is light weight yet very solid so I would recommend one to anyone looking for one. you can find them on pyramyd air or on amazion. I got my at pyramyd air. hope that helps.
Hi from the uk nice shooting ,i have a hw 99s almost the same rifle just set at 12 ftps ,love the rifle jsd express 7.89 are also very good ,keep up the good reviews 😂
Well Hi back from the USA and thanks for the great comment. I sure wish you guys were allowed to have higher Foot pounds but I have to say I am always impressed with how well you guys shoot and hunt with those 12 and under foot pound air rifles. It is something I try and tell all the crazy american guys that you do not need a 50 plus foot pound air rifle to take small and medium game with and if you do not believe me then watch the guys in the UK and some of there hunting videos with air rifles. it is about shot placement just as much as the energy that the air rifle puts out. So my hats off to you guys over there.
thanks for the comment and I am shooting the JSB 8.44 / 4.53gr pellets these were the ones that shot the best for me out of this air rifle out of the pellets I had on hand to test. I think the 7.33gr JSB pellets have been known to shoot well out of these as well from what I have seen in videos but I have not tested any of those out to know for sure. I do know that the 10.34gr JSB do not shoot as well out of this air rifle nor do the crossmans as I did test those.
You need to show off all your HWs😬 I have the same table. By any chance, is yours bowed like a taco front to back? Mine is so curled, the legs don’t even lock in place when folded 🙁
I have a Hawke in 4X32, it got MilDots and a zoom down to 7yrd. Nice and crisp, but the cross hairs are kinda thick, which can be a problem for tiny targets, but for hunting it's a definitive plus, since you can see them in low light.
I love the hawk 4x32 mildot scope for air rifles I have them on a few guns and I also have a few UTG 3x9x40 mildot scopes on a few as well. both work great for me as I like the thicker cross hairs as I can see them better and quicker when lining up shots for critters. The hawk scopes are my favorite by far though.
I definitely agree about your Hw 50 being accurate at 40 yards, but still amazed by your cheap plastic gamo dx performance and accuracy (specially being a repeater). Honestly I did not see that difference in accuracy if any( and that’s by watching two hw50 videos). Again nothing against hw or anything. All I am saying if you are a airgun hunter , the most practical air rifle you can use to hunt with is a gamo swarm whisper or dx in.22. It is light, you can carry it all day long, plastic don’t have to worry about scratches, and multi shot( how many times you had to take a second follow up shot on your pest and oops it runs or flies the moment you are inserting the pellet in the breech?). Thank you for the videos.
So for me I hunt with all my air rifles weihrauchs and Gamos a like. And ya the Gamo DX shocked me how well it shoots for sure and is a great hunting rifles as well. and I can agree with you that both the Gamo dx or swarm are great hunting rifles for sure. But the weihrauchs will beat them out in accuracy especially at farther distances and will last life times over the Gamo air rifles. But Obviously I like both brands of air rifles and enjoy shooting them both. I will say for the price and accuracy though you cannot go wrong with the Gamo DX it is a great budget hunting air rifle but I would still take any weihrauch over it any day. But I will not knock the gamo swarm or DX either as they are both good air rifles as well in my opinion as you know I do recommend them as well. thanks for the great comment and watching the channel as well I really appreciate the support.
The price is not in the accuracy, leave both rifles in a barn for 20 years and see which rifle shoots best and which has rotten away😁 these rifles outlive generations
@@kims2r I could not agree more the weihrauch will last generations the gamo will not. you can't even put the 2 in the same class as weihrauch makes some of the best air rifles out there today and has for many many years.
mine is stock as all my air rifles are the only thing I ever do is general maintenance to keep them up so they last a long time. I have never felt the need to do anything else.
thanks it actually shoots better then I do but I give it my best. I have gotten way better groups as well but I try and keep it real and some days i shoot better then others. And ya I love my hawk 4X32 AO scopes they are a perfect fit for my air rifles. I am either using those or a 3x9x40 AO from hawk or UTG. thanks for watching and the comment.
I bought the R7 for my wife and she love it and so do I. they are made in the same factory in Germany as the weihrauchs noth are great air rifles hands down. And yes mine shoot more accurately then i do as well lol! thanks for the great comment and watching the channel i appreciate it.
thanks and ya youtube sucks! they sensor anything that has to do with outdoors hunting fishing etc: just the stupid stuff I have to answer every time I post one of these videos so I can monetize it is rediculous.
@BravoBassin well glad you put "friend" in there else I'd have thought you were pissed. I have a can of the same pellets from a few years back and it's spelled diabolo. They must've changed it. Ahh alas, just trying to help and not give the Diablo any credit, ya know
@@williamjarvis3473 Ya I was not pissed just pointing out that its what is on the tin of pellets they probably did change it sometime from one to the other.

Can't beat a German springer

Great video. That was fun to watch.

The hw50s is rated for 12ft/lbs as a model, no difference in USA or Europe ☺️
Nice shooting buddy 😁👌Do you use the 4,5 4,51 4,52 ore 4,53 mm JSB 8.44gr pellets. Weihrauch like the 4,52mm. Cheers!

I've been considering a HW50..is yours tuned or stock? thanks.

Definitely not a bad shooting break barrel! 💯
_(EDIT; I love my Hawke 4x32AO)_

I have the R7 and R9. Both shoot ragged holes at 25yds. They're more accurate than I can shoot.
I bought the R7 for my wife and she love it and so do I.

Have you tuned it?
No and I have no desire and do not see any need to do that because it shoots just fine the way it is.
Always zero your airgun. It will always change poi if its warm or cool or hot or cold. Pcps and springers alike.
Ya so I guess you missed the part in the video were I said that the cold will effect the drop of the shot depending on the temperature outside.
Nice chuting! If I type “ s h o o t i n g” it wont post.

I can add to this that I regularly search for weihrauch videos and yours never popped up until today… eventhough the model and brand are in the title…
Di-a-bo-lo not the same as diablo
Well my friend it is spelled Diablo on the freaking can and nobody cares how you really say it but you it seems.

Whats the ft.lbs ? Is it a 12 ft.lbs or is it more being in the states ?
it shoots 13.16FPE witha a .177- 8.4gr JSB pellet at 840fps
