Shows one reply, which I made, but it's not there. Thanks Chuck, I really like the smaller size of the HW50S and still has quite the zip to it. I'm still torn as to whether I should have tried to get one in the stainless look with maybe a walnut stock, But this one does look amazing.
Thanks, Hopefully will get some video shooting it this afternoon. If you like my videos every like and subscribe helps my channel grow and makes me want to do more videos even in this Texas heat.
That gun is sweet with the thumb hole stock! If i didn't already have the Blue Lament HW97K that's the one I would have got. I was in the market for the HW50S though so went for it.
Must admit I wasn't really taken with the stocks when I saw pictures, but they look much nicer in the flesh as it were, but a limited edition gun is a nice addition to your collection 👍
@@charlesoutdoors2424 Yes the blue laminate 97 is stunning, it would be nice if they done it in a thumbhole stock & not just the sportier stock, do you have it in the blued barrel or the stainless barrel?
@@palmer3977 Blued. The only way I could get stainless was to buy the synthetic black model in stainless, then swap the stocks and have 2 or sell the black one. I may get a stainless HW35E. I love that old style European walnut stock.
nice rifle , there both a bit twangy thought , could do with a tune in the UK we call this the HW99S iv tuned my 99 it cock`s and shoot`s smooth but seem`s to be very hold sensertive witch is a bit weard for a HW
I use to be more into installing tune kits and tuning. As long as they shoot good I just let them twang. I could take a small paint brush and put a little grease on the spring by just taking the stock off most likely.
Might try here. Looks like anything under 14 FPE is legal in France. You might try here. www.airgunseurope.com/airguns/sort-by-brand/weihrauch-airguns/

Very few spring guns come for the factory that don't twang. It use to bother me. I use to spend 60-100 for a tuning kit just so you couldn't hear twang. Now I just let the spring buzz if it's gonna. As long as the accuracy is good I'm not going to fix what ain't broke. It was a hobby to tear down new guns and give them tunes. I'd rather shoot and make video's rather than worry about a little twang. I may apply some grease to the spring with tearing it down.
@Keviin2310 I got the scope on mine and sighted it in today. Shot some dies groups. My battery pack wasn't send power to my camera and it died halfway through.
Tks for sharing Charles. Your video captured the rifle’s beauty better than other videos I’ve watched on this rifle
Thanks, Will have another video shooting some groups after I get over summer cold.
Congratulations on your rifle, very nice 😃👍!

Must admit that looks pretty sweet compared to the initial photos I've seen of them.
Enjoy the new rifle
@@keith6930 Thanks! I believe the HW50 was a great addition to my collection. Great ballance of size and power.
Congratulations on your new HW50s. A beautiful looking rifle.

Excellent job with the comment on Glenn kirschner. 👍🏻
Fantastic looking
Thanks. Weather should be cooling down soon. Summer hanging on and every time I want to go shoot it's back to 90 or above.
Looks great! I’ve just taken delivery of my HW97KT 125 yr edition . Looks so much better in the flesh than the pics!

@@charlesoutdoors2424 I have a 99s and a 95 , they're fantastic rifles.
Congratulation and thanks for this video showing this beautiful rifle.
Think it's called a 99s over here in England...used to have one cracking little gun and proper accurate...got a couple of 97 kt now... also great guns
Same gun. Really a sweet little gun in between the HW95 and the HW30 witch is just a little low in power for my liking.

@steve4697 Thanks, Yeah. It's much better in person. The HW50 was going to be my next gun anyway. Just ended up having to wait 6 months 😆.
Congratulations! I think she's a beaut!
@@Indiana424 Thanks. I was actually surprised how nice it looked in person.
Very nice, i have the HW97KT 1899 special in .177 delivered about 4 weeks ago, haven't shot it yet though.
@palmer3977 That HW97KT sure looked awesome. If I didn't have the Blue lament HW97K already, I would have gotten one for sure.

Gorgeous rifle
Thanks
in my personal opinion - Weihrauch should have tuned them in order to excuse the limited production and the extra cost

Did your rifle come with front sight inserts ?
It sure did. I swapped it to the peep style with the hole in the center to try and see it better.
