Out of interest how did you lose the boxes of LCDH? Swelling/cracks, beetles?? Also another option is to use a proper wine fridge with a condenser but never plug it in. You don't have to deal with the condensation and moisture but you gain the added insulation which helps prevent huge temperature swings during the brief hot UK weather!
They were soaked and covered in white mould... Thats an interesting approach I have not considered/tried - will give it a go and let you know how it goes.
Great stuff - just keep an eye on the condensation in the electric one, otherwise it is a very good solution to a problem many face. Also the other thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the manufacturer would have a maximum number of boxes/cigars - they would not want to get involved if you are storing more as they would say that you have not allowed space for air circulation if Humidity and dampness spike suddenly.
I wish there was a humidor that maintains both temperature and humidity without having to use boveda packs all the time. I don’t know if it’s possible.

I have two Daniel Marshall humidors.
Put 69% boveda packs in and the temp and humidity stay perfect.
Never had a single issue!

I’m in a small flat. During summer it gets really difficult to maintain temperature. So it’s electric for me. I do have a few desktop humidors.

@@KD_Leaf_Diaries luckily I haven’t had a condensation issue. Multiple humidors solve that issue 😉👍🏽
Raching and your be settled
No, not really it can flood the bottom already, had a nightmare episode, and lost 3 boxes of La Casa Del Habano cigars never going back to them!

There are a few manufacturers that offer that but they have their own flaws unfortunately.
What brand do you consider the best for non eletric humidor?
I'll make a video about it its a long answer 😃
Would be very nice if you do new video with the de-humidifier
Of course, will do. Planning to a full walk through of my summer setup once I am ready but that would be mid-July.
