The trip was amazing - i am actually organising a lads weekend on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th of August we are around 10 of us from about 5 countries meeting up in Sofia where i will host everyone and organise some lounges, restaurants shopping and so on.

@Beeppoop the perfect humidity for a fresh cuban cigar is 65%-69%. Once the cigars age over 5 years, it is recommended to drop it down to a maximum of 65%. Anything below 65% is a dry cigar in my humble opinion.

Yes it was, each guest got, 1 Trinidad Topes, with a Champagne reception, a 2 course meal with a live auction, in the meal there was white, red wine and Cognac for dessert.... needless to say the food and beverages were amazing. Than another cocktail reception with desert followed by after party with even more cocktails and the Trinidad Cabildos to taste. And it didn't stop there... at the exit each guest was gifted a goodie vag that had a special leather travel humidor with 5 more Cabildos, a bottle of an amazing Cognac with 2 glasses and a customer H&F and Habanos cigar box knife and hammer combo.... of course everyone who is anyone in the cigar scene globally was there too. So yeah 100% worth it Hunters & Frankau did an amazing job ! Hats of to them for organising this amazing event!

Yes of course, Cognac is one of my favourite pairings for medium to full body cigar - the pairing with the Fundadores was especially tasty!

Yes absolutely, this process is called "Cigar Rotation", this should take place every 1-3 months. It is important for Humidity distribution, aging and also allows for quality control. I always check how my cigars are aging at this point and if i notice that some of them have for example a crack in the foot or traces of mould I am able to take measures accordingly.

Well, they have been collected for quite a number of years. If you start somewhere and stay persistent in no time you will create a formidable collection!

Yes unfortunately they are a bit of a victim of their own success... This in my humble opinion is the most robust vitola in the Habanos portfolio and as such highly sought after. The price is very affordable (considering its competition) so afficionados stock up every time they manage to get their hands on them, which makes them hard to find.
