Hi Trevor Peter Shelton from Gympie Queensland Australia really enjoy your videos just wondering if we can see the irrational side. I’ve done most ways but never flood cheers Peter
Hiya mate, hey how long have you had 3 fendt steamer unit's? Thought ya only had 2? Bloody great setup. Wish I could boost back to America and run a machine for you.
Why don’t you just tie a string to the middle string at the end of the bale and then tie it to the other end. We used to do that all the time if we had a broken string from our baler. It would probably take about the same time as you cutting the strings and spreading the bales back out.
Not only is it quicker to hand tie a string, the be quality does t go down like it does for a rebale and the only times my knotters or balers act up is during a rebale. So I'm loath to rebale a broken bale. I tie a loop where I add the string to the existing string and a loop in the end and then use the two loops to act as sheaves on a block and tackle a d I can manually retire an broken string to be just as tight as the baler tied string and it takes about 30 seconds
Send your sponsor to bc Canada with a hay truck. Edison Motors will train him to install ev conversion kits. New cat dot generator, 250 kw battery bank, ev regen axel motors. Also they are solar bush experts. 3kwh per mile. Dual redundant power, air, electricy. 50% fuel savings. More when hauling downhill. Set up backhauls from the high sand lot clients. Those roofs are perfect solar farms. Send your guys. Kits available usa 2025? Haul up hay and back some douglas fir logs. Do a sawmill demo at the next open house.
I think he realizes there isn’t enough electricity to convert a bunch of semis. Plus the time to charge verses fuel up. Weight of batteries. I don’t know.
Since the baling job on a rebaled bale reduces the hay quality, you and your crew need to practice adding a string. Practice, Practice, Practice! Nice hay!
