    I really liked this video. You are enjoyable to watch, your voice is pleasant, Your nails are clean And Your close up was super cute. Great to do 2 ways. I love that you used the oil in a bottle too. I'm making this now and you said how long it lasts. Great video. I subscribed.

    I hate the garlic confit videos because its such an over abused concept but I make an exception for you bc ur a real G flava jesus never stop

    Great video, please where do you store the extra oil for dressing, is it in the fridge like the garlic confit or is it in the pantry? Thanks for the reply

    Does it have to be olive oil? Can I use avocado oil??

      Yes because you can use high temperatures with olive oil.

      @@shunneaturner1138 but avocado oil has an even higher smoke point. Just wondering if olive oil is used for any particular reason- like flavor wise or is it just based on preference.

      @@HarperandSydney you want a high smoke point, that means it can go to higher temperatures BEFORE it starts producing carcinogens.

    Can I do this with beef tallow or ghee instead? Not a fan of the seed and vegetable oils.

      That’s what I saved in the bottle, you can use in place of regular oil to cool and add flavor to anything from sautéed shrimp, salad dressing, or finished over pasta! It’s endless 😮‍💨😋

    I've tried it, it's not worth the waste of garlic. The oil is amazing but the cloves totally loose there flavor.

    Unrelated, but what is the religious iconography about? A crucifix AND an ankh? I'm not judging, just honestly curious as those two religions are diametrically opposed.

    This is fried garlic, yuk. Confit is cooked very slowly, say 2/3 hours at 120c oven.
    Also he is illiterate "what if you don't got" try. "what if you do not have".
