    I really like they have a shoe cabinet close to the entry door.
    I really dislike bringing outdoor used 👟 inside the house/condo.

      Good day! The condo corp is not instituted yet for this devt, as this is a pre-selling project so therefore there’s no official rate at the moment. But to estimate, it should be anywhere between P100-130/sqm per month.

    Who can this home be possibly catered to? No space to cook or even hold your non-refrigerated food. Definitely not some place you would stay for a long time because you're giving up A LOT for 20m PHP 🤦‍♂️

      @@livehereph The psm is too high for me to invest. At 380K psm, that 55 sqm unit will need to rent for 115,000 per month (2,100 psm) to get a net 5% return. That's a hard sell even in BGC
