I AGREE 100% Meechie...My beautician have always molded my hair with "Protein" gel for my quick weaves and my hair grow like weeds....Easy up ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@aS-qu1vp If your hair is conditionwd and healthy the hair is coated so the gel just sits on top. I like for my fingers to have a idk decent amount of oil on them after touching my scalp before I apply anything with alcohol. Gel, hairspray, mousse etc. Even extensions (braids, weaves) bleach, weave glue and anything else technically foreign to my hair. If the hair is protected it will grow. Plus under this the hair is not being disturbed in any way.

When I saw this video had gorilla snot being used in it I fell in love because that stuff really works. You just boosted my confidence all the way up to do another quick weave on myself. Not too sure how to use the strips but I know from the "old days" when my mom did a weave on me you use mousse to do it.. I'm going to try it

If you leave a little of the hair out from the stocking cap aren't you then putting glueing the track on that portion of your hair, which isn't good to do? Or do you not put tracks on that portion either?

That protective strip doesn't work as well. I tried It and when it dried a week later my whole quick weave slide right off. I love watching these videos to get new ideas they are very informative and I really like to try new hair styles.
