this makes the most wonderful frosting. It is creamy and delicious and not sickly sweet like regular buttercream.

I think I JUST found my dual frosting! It looked wonderful, usable and edible BEFORE the butter! I might just have to try making this now,

@@lifewithwahida6944 I used this frosting in two different ways. Before I added the butter and then after I added the butter. Before I added the butter the frosting was a glossy beautiful light meringue. I kept some of this, about half to use as the actual frosting, I reduced the amount of butter by half because I was only using half the recipe, added the butter and finished the Swiss buttercream. I used the buttercream between the layers of the cake AND to decorate the top. I used the meringue , that's the frosting BEFORE I added the butter, as the actual frosting on the cake. It was incredible. The buttercream held up and the decorations stayed beautifully and the meringue stayed light and airy as well.
That's what I call a dual frosting.

@@ellamarierabosa2770 Cooled to room temperature and the butter must be very soft room temperature as well. You have to slowly add the butter when the meringue reaches a soft peak.

Я пользуюсь таким кремом уже давно . Только я сначала в отдельной чаше взбиваю масло, а потом ввожу взбитые белки. Соединяется быстрее, и пышнее получается.
Подскажите,а белки потом не опадают? Например в наполеон можно использовать? И обязательно добавлять так много масла?

Рецептов наполеона много. И можно и не столько масла добавлять. Тогда нужно масло в белок добавлять.
Учесть нужно, что этот крем не относится к категории "пропитывающе". Для наполеона особенно слоёного не советую. Для меня лучше заварные дл, него.

لقد جربت الوصفة و كانت لذيذه جداً جداً..
مع العلم اني استخدمت فقط 2 بياض بيض و 120غ زبده و نقط من الخل لازالة رائحة البيض و نقط من عصير الليمون لاعطائها لذعة الحمض بالاضافه إلى الفانيلا..
و وضعتها في الثلاجة و عندما اخرجتها لم يتأثر قوامها مع اني تركتها ساعه ونص في حرارة المطبخ...

I did this recipe and it was amazing but the quantity was too much for the cake I made, of course I know you can store it and that's what I did, and I used it as toping for cupcakes, but this time I want to do the right amount and I did some calculations and my question is, can I use 2 egg whites, 300g of butter and 50g of sugar to get the same result but less amount?
Here goes the calculation for an egg:
1 egg white
50g sugar
150g of butter
