Hi thank you for posting this. I have similar awning which I used to operate with remote control. Now the remote stopped working & the unable to get replacement as there’s no marking on the make/model of the awning or the motor. Can you advise what I can do to retract it manually as wind keeps blowing it up & I’m worried it might damaged. At least this will give me time until i get replacement remote. Any advise is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Thanks for reply. Yes tried that with several new batteries but no luck. Not able to find the exact remote as I believe they stopped making them.
It's advisable to have the awning only half way out when adjusting pitch, makes it easier on the adjusting parts.

Did you try replacing the battery in the remote?
