How is the awning quality holding up two years later?

My unit is now 4 years old and is doing fine. I do get a lot of sun and replaced the canvas this past year.

My awning is not closing all the way, any suggestions on that? Even when manually closing it gets to a point where it doesn’t shut anymore, probably about 2 foot out from wall, thanks

Look for anything that is binding on the arms. If it is electric you may need to adjust the limits on the motor.
