Many people do say that but think if dayz had no bandits it would be very boring. I love fighting of bandits and defending bases from them it keeps the game fresh :)

well even on official hive there are servers crowded with hackers using ESP and shit.. but it also depends where you make your fire :D if you make it on the hill above cherno i wouldnt be surprised by getting killed

Do you think it's still worth to play DayZ Mod? I'm thinking on buying the Arma 2: CO to play it. Your serie is fucking awesome and I'm looking foward to it. I've already played a little of DayZ Standalone, but it's still very, very expensive here in Brazil. Then, the other option to get it is the Arma 2 mod.

Why does he accuse everyone who don't drop their guns of being stupid. Why should they drop their guns if they risk being robbed or shot if they do? When everyone else who tells them to drop their guns will probably mean them harm then shooting back is probably pretty sensible.
When you drop your gun, you will not be shot, at most you will lose some valuable possessions, but if you dont drop your gun, you DIE and lose EVERYTHING not just a few valuables they might want. If they take the time to tell you to drop your gun, they could have killed you before then anyway. You're lucky you still have what you have anyway.
If you dropped your gun, at most your losing a few items, if any. Some guys like Frankie might even give you free stuff if you comply, although its so rare it may never happen for you. But if you dont drop your weapon, you're going to die. YOU ARE GOING TO DIE. And lose EVERYTHING. There is no way to turn around and kill him as fast as it takes him to pull the trigger, since he has such an advantage he is willing to give away his position to say drop your weapon. So, which is better, Losing everything from someone killing you, or just dropping your weapon and letting him have MAYBE 1-2 items you have, if he needs it, which he may not need anything. You will see several times Frankie doesnt even take anything, and even allows the person to go back and get their gun after hes safe enough. So, its your choice whether you want to lose everything, or just a few items I guess... But if you want to choose the logical choice you have to drop your weapon.
