Episode 14: Making of Ensiferum album One Man Army - Heathen Horde shouts pt1

This video was originally supposed to be released during the recording session as studio diary. Due circumstances not related to Ensiferum the video was never released. As I have some two dozen cool videos from the session, I decided to upload them on UA-cam with the permission of the band.
This 14th video is about the Heathen Horde verse shout recording. I love the energy the band delivers. See how Sami is giving 110% and you can hear it on his voice as well. On the previous album they had layered individual vocal tracks like 100 or so. On this album I recorded 3-5 people around the mic on 4-6 tracks. Ensiferum told me this choir & shout I had created sounded so much bigger than anything they had ever done.
