- The app is called Camo Studio and this app lets you use your phone’s cameras as your webcam!
There are a lot of features in the app. You can choose which camera you want to use, be it the front, back or even ultra-wide, and select the resolution and frame rate here that goes up to 4K 60. The phone’s microphone can also be used for better audio for the calls.
You can even choose a portrait effect along with AR filters which are very cool and quirky. You even get super advanced controls where you can adjust everything right here in the app.
Plus the app is totally free and can be installed on any phone or laptop!

My phone camera don't even have the clarity of My laptop 😂
Free version will not record 4k, only 720p. You have to pay $50/year for Pro to get 4k. I cannot find any app that will do 1080p or 4k for free

If you are on android latest then I think there is an inbuilt functionality for that also this option is available in phone link app as well. The next option would be iriun webcam app. I prefer wired connection as wireless will lag
