Hi Christine! 👋🏻 It was so much fun watching your stocking come together and then to see the finished stockings in the real world was a lovely wrap up. You always do such a good job, not just on your stitching/sewing, but also in the way you put your videos together. Like Carolyn Roden said, your videos are always such a treat. Thanks for all of your hard work. I laughed out loud when you said, “It just wouldn’t be Christmas without a last minute craft project.” How true! 😂 I had one of those this year as well. 👍🏻 Take care. I’m still resisting the urge to order myself some felt appliqué kits and just enjoy the craft vicariously through you but if you keep showing all of these fun things I may soon cave! 😆

I think it turned out great. The red hot pad and those cookies are stinking cute.
Your idea to use the beads on the boots is great. It makes it look more like the metal eyelets on shoes and boots.

I will share a tip that you might want to keep anything with white sequins on it wrapped in acid free paper when storing them. My mother did several stockings and in about 3-4 years the white sequins were yellowing pretty badly to the point that she replaced the sequins as she could. Just FYI. Your cross stitch and felt videos are always a treat. Thank you.

Watching your videos dropped me down this rabbit hole. I have acquired several of the kits and I hope to be able to start one this week while I am off work. Have you seen the Heidi Boyd kits on Amazon? She has several bird kits. I purchased several of them and they seem well put together and even include the stuffing.I hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday season!
