Around 1:16, what comes to mind is the up-bow and down-bow when playing the violin. Commonly, the down-bow is the stronger one, as it follows gravity, and the up-bow is cumbersome. Nonetheless, the down-bow naturally starts strong and gets weaker closer to the tip of the bow, and the up-bow starts weaker and gets stronger towards the nut! This I have integrated that those concepts into my teaching, with fabulous results. I call the up-bow (shov) the "creative bow stroke". How spiritual and physical principles merge, because it's all One, is just amazing!!
