As far as I'm concerned, no means no, "They're not interested", so why waste your time even thinking about it. Six months later I happen to run into this woman again and she came up to me with a big smile on her face and started asking me how I was and what's been going on. I then went on to tell her that she never gave me any kind of reason to ask again, that she said "No" and didn't elaborate by saying something like, "Maybe Some Other Time" or "Not Now Because (Whatever)", or anything, that she said "No" and as far as I was concerned that was that. I also told her that I don't chase anyone, I ask once, and if the answer is no, I move on and never ask again. So, she then said this to me, "Then That Means You're Never Going To Ask Me Out Again?" I politely said "No", told her to have a nice evening and left. The shocked look on her face was priceless.

LOL!! This made me laught because its what I just felt. The girl I liked and asked out made up a "rule" that she couldn't date a guy that she saw at her job (she works at my gym). It was just 3 weeks ago and still hurts a little but right after she said no I put money in my savings at home that I planned on spending on the date. More money for me I guess.

I became curious and learned about it. I started regretting because alot of high quality sexy girls wanted me to approach them all along. This made me fired up and angry. I always had unshakable self esteem and self confidence but this boosted it even more. Now all I had to do was learn how to approach and socialise with a girl as I had no prior experiences. I decided to take the coldest toughest doomed to go wrong path. I went out of bed, went to the mall, searched and found the most hottest, sexiest, gorgeous girl I ever saw and I approached her. The social anxiety as an introvert kicked in and I wanted to run away so bad but when I did, it stung me in the heart because I was doing the same mistake of not approaching due to social fear. You speak the truth man. This happened to me last year. It's a burden to carry, but I stood tall and walked away after the rejection and continued on my path. Guess what? As of a couple months ago, shes constantly trying to initiate conversations with me and even wants to hang out with me at times(even with her still with the dude/new bf she chose over me). But nah, still not giving in, as I'm doing better than ever. This made me also realize why even try to date her anymore if shes trying to talk to me even with her new bf lol.

Good advice. Best thing to do when rejected is to act polite and nonchalant about it. Never burn a bridge but quickly move on to other opportunities. A certain SMALL percentage of the time, there may be an opportunity with her in the future so don't sabotage that, but don't count on it either.

My view on rejection is who gives a shit she “rejects” you. It’s not personal, maybe she doesn’t like the way you talk, or the way you eat. Maybe she thinks you’re ugly, maybe there’s an ex, who cares. It doesn’t matter the reason, you’ll just be wasting time thinking of why instead of moving on to a woman who values you.

My dude this so true and I hope every viewer listens. Almost every time I got rejected I was nice but did try to convince them to give us a chance lol my goodness the cringe. Last girl I dated though, i wished her the best and played along. Did express i was thankful for my time with her, but only truthful stuff that i really meant. By this point I was happy myself to move along, and essentially ghosted her after since i didn’t owe her anything. Months and even more than a year after she’s been reaching out and wanting another chance. I can only feel sorry because i am not longer available for her, but it is worth pointing out that this girl DID mention that one main reason she wanted another chance was because other guys usually take rejection horribly and i was the first dude to not react that way. So yes, it truly flips the script. I chat her if she needs someone to talk to, I'm here but her reply was " No, I don't need your help just leave me alone" so I gave what she wanted. It's been 3 weeks since that incident and she's fine now posting funny stuff in social media but I'm still not giving her attention or any form of communication I just go radio silent. I met her again in 2015 and from then on started hanging with her, hiking, going out on a trip with our families and etc. I'm not madly crazy in love with her, but grew to really care for her. I guess this goes along the same lines, I met someone and given the circumstance of how we met we were able to take it slow and got to know each other and not rush into a relationship. Over several months we found we had a lot in common, connected, communicated well and were actually supportive of each others needs. She tried to push me into a relationship when I wasn't comfortable due to other things in life. I guess she was taking it as a rejection from me and began acting real childish and immature. I was patient with her and still tried to connect with her b/c I thought she was different and we had grown close. I guess her attitude changed back to being positive b/c she saw I was patient with her and her issues that I perceived plus she wasn't super attractive and maybe felt she wasn't good enough for me. By the time she had seen the error of her ways I was fed up with her poor attitude, and had seen a different side to her. I guess she tried to be nice to me again but I said what I had to say in a kind and gentle manner regarding how offended I was by her. Then became completely cold towards her. She told me she didn't want to see me anymore, I accepted that graciously and walked away but I just feel super guilty about something that seemed like it could've been good but didn't turn out that way. I'm not sure if this falls under the situation you're referring to in the video?

yo man could've used this video like 3 weeks ago. was talking to this girl and she rejected the idea of dating me and i tried so hard to make her stick around because i thought that was my job to do. to show her that i was good. from 3 weeks , i tried my best to make something happen but it didn't. last night i messaged for closure ( i was desperate ) and it got a bit heated. i got told that i wasnt a priority to her. should've left it at that. i made an assumption about why and that was very rude of me. apologized for it and told her she wont hear from me again. in hindsight, i shouldve stopped 3 weeks ago. but hey you learn something new everyday. thanks and keep the good stuff coming.
A good lesson for you to learn. You put this girl on a pedestal and when it didn't go right, it took you 3 weeks to get over it and embarrass yourself in front of her in the process. Don't put anyone on a pedestal like that again. Don't let this stop you from asking other people out though, and if you get rejected again (you will, we all do), just say "that's cool" and move on.

I was talking with a woman - we’re both very busy with work and college…I notice whenever I would ask her to go out - she would be busy with work - school project- etc. Recently, I asked her out to the movies and she told me “someone else asked first”…then she said she’s open to go with me afterwards…I felt a kind of way about that knowing that she prioritized someone else before me. Then, yesterday, being thanksgiving, I asked her what her plans were and she told me “someone” asked her to have dinner with their family so today, I just forthrightly asked if she was seeing someone else and she affirmed that she had “been” seeing someone. My heart dropped. This is what brought me to this video. Trying to find some understanding.
