It was a long way back but music helped me recover. I listened to all kinds of music from praise, opera, classic rock, metal and gangster rap!! I made a healthy salad today with some diced cabbage, some spring salad, chopped apples, sesame seed, dried tomatoes, Chia seed, pistachio nuts, apple cider vinegar with the mother, avocado oil, garlic salt, and pepper, sprinkled a little bit of monk, fruit sugar on top of it to give it kind of a sweet tangy taste really good!

Egg's 12 hard cooked, cut in half take out center, mash add 5 Tbsp canned pure pumpkin, 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp prepared horseradish, 1 tsp Smoke Paprika mix place in bag let stiff in refrigerator then fill egg's take fork to make ridge and add gree of a pumpkin nut for stem then cover with damp towel and chill tell ready to eat. I have found this powdered buttermilk to be the best by Hoosier the only ingredient is sweet cream and buttermilk : Ranch dressing 1cup buttermilk powder 1Tbsp dried parsley 1 Tbsp dried dill 2 tsp chives 1.5 Tbsp garlic powder 1Tbsp onion powder 1 tsp salt .5 tsp black pepper To make dressing use 1/4 cup ranch mix 1 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs To make dip 1/4 cup ranch mix 1 cup sour cream if to thick thin With milk To make Mexican ranch dressing Use salsa instead of milk Hope y’all enjoy it as much as we do.
