    In this video we will see how to make thengai pal kanji in tamil.
    Thengai pal kanji is a best home remedy for ulcer and body heat problem. This recipe is served as breakfast in the morning. Also this is the very easiest recipe which can be made within 15 mins.
    Ingredients:
    1. Raw rice- 400 GM's
    2. Fenugreek- 1tbsp
    3. Garlics- 15
    4. Salt- as required
    5. Coconut milk- 1full coconut
