He didn't actually mention that the missiles on the ruiner will regenerate over time. it takes a while but in my tests last night I found that over the course of about 20 minutes, all eight missiles regenerated.

One of the cars covered up you can tell is a slam van but not just any slamvan. It's the lost slamvan; another commonly glitched into multiplayer car that players want like the duke o death
If the ruined has missiles, they should do the 007,& the Duke next. Also if LSC no longer shows your plates, make an order on I fruit for a car your not going to customize. Then never pick it up, your plates should show up in LSC for all cars. Good video Boss ty

You forgot about the Ruiner 2000 great climbing ability, if you are stuck on the side of a mountain every time you boost and open parachute it will propel you forward no matter what
the tarps are there for performance reasons. it is easier to load the shape of a car over all the details that come with it. if you pay attention in the order you steal them you will see tarps follow that pattern.
In the map, folder there are some races on the street. These are illegal races with super cars Like you can buy at legendary motorsport! Like this then mr boss ftw see that those races which!!

Personally I wish just one aircraft had an anti rocket defense, because it's such a bitch move giving lvl1 folks the ability to buy homing rockets while RPG's are lvl100
Overall I just think they should add the option to buy "upgrades" to Pegasus vehicles. Paint jobs, and liveries are the obvious, but things like extra armor, anti-missile defenses and the like should be added. Even at 50k plus, it would make things sooooo much more fun.

About car covering, 10 cars is un-covered, if you have 16 cars in garage, first 6 that you imported in will be covered, last 10 will be un-covered. There is no pattern about car value easy as that.
You can use 1st person with the technical if you just go to first person before you jump in the water But if you switch out you can't get back until you go back on land

I would make an educated guess that the cars are covered to allow for acceptable framerates. If you were to have 40, highly reflective surfaces in 1 room, there would be a large population with computers that would begin to fall over. I think they limit the number of visible cars at one time because of that.
Did you guys know that if you have the wastelander and you want to be in the back thing dont press the button that makes you hold on to the rail just get on top of the wastelander and no matter how fast it goes you wont fall of only when it turns upside down.

Oh yeah just to update everyone viewing this comment, all 8 special vehicles from the vehicle warehouse can be instantly requested as many times as possible unless the vehicle is NOT DESTROYED. If the vehicle is DESTROYED then all 8 special vehicles from the vehicle warehouse has a cooldown of 2mins. But the 3 special vehicles from the nightclub can be requested once, the next one has a cooldown of 5mins. If any of the 3 special vehicles from the nightclub is DESTROYED then the cooldown is 5mins. I tested the missile regeneration on the ruiner 2000 and the result is it does not regenerate missiles even after 20mins. All 3 special vehicles from the nightclub and all 8 special vehicles from the vehicle warehouse are NOT THE SAME. So for example if you want any special vehicle from the nightclub you can REQUEST but if the special vehicle from the nightclub is DESTROYED then you can request any special vehicle from the vehicle warehouse because BOTH ARE NOT THE SAME. I have a question regarding the new Fully Loaded VIP work. The first time I played it messed up and only destroyed 4 turrets and received $7k. The second time I played and destroyed 9 and was in the middle of destroying the 10th when I ran out of time and was paid $5660. What is the total payout for these new VIP work? I don't see Rockstar paying us less for more work. Sightseer we can make up to $25k for solving puzzles and flying around the map.
If you get more than 10k damage on a car you are sourcing you can always change sessions to get a new one and not spend 10k on an 40k car or whatever it is

If you take out the special vehicles before you go to the office to start up the mission you can do that. I did that and it worked for me.

The first person doesn't work because it works the same as a sub, when underwater, yes fp works, but when surfaced it auto goes 3p
It's the same for the blazer aqua you can't go in first person in the water.
