Which boutique did you go to? I’ve been to the Chadstone boutique in Melbourne several times and I highly recommended it. Excellent customer service. Was offered drinks, made to sit on the couch, given the pouch & cleaner (without asking). On my special birthday I bought a love ring and the SA gave me a birthday card, gift wrapped my ring and also gave me a small bottle of champagne and a catalogue and a cleaning kit. All on her own without me asking for it. And to top it all she polished my other Cartier rings as well. That’s what a Cartier experience in store should be.
Do ring up the customer service number(they are very helpful) and tell them you weren’t happy with your experience and also that they should post out a cleaning kit to you. Hope you had an amazing birthday!🌷🎀💕
