Th is for making this incredible FW! It is one of my favorites warbirds. Durable, easy to fly versatile and most of all fun as ever! And if you want a challenge to land two wheels smoothly. What more can a pilot ask for. I hope her replacement is just as good!
I love the scale details, the plastic edges to reduce hangar rash, the cooling fan is a fabulous touch, and all the Smart Technology that techno geek like me must have. Preordered. Keep more like this coming!

So it actually flies like a Warbird and requires some knowledge and skill...thats nice to see from HH for a change lately. Warbirds aren't supposed to be basic trainers, and early on it looked like you guys were going to market SAFE as a "turn anything into a trainer" system. RC pilots need the challenges and planes to work/learn up to. The hobby would be boring if anybody could fly anything...nothing to aspire to. I like that you folks are going to still make planes for experienced pilots too. Very nice.
Its also nice to see properly powered Warbirds. For the longest time everybody's bigger foam Warbirds were under powered. They need the power to do huge, smooth maneuvers that eat up lots of sky. HH is on point lately...nice.

Beautiful Airplane. Horizon is killing it!!!! Jason, you better tell the parts dept to order twice the normal amount of wings and landing gears. Ha Ha Let the fun begin!!! Awesome!!!! Thanks for doing the correct landing gear, I would have no interest in it whatsoever, without the correct scale gear. Great job!!!

It looks great Jason, little hard to see the outside circuit but it was good to see it on Landing and the takeoff. Definitely enjoy hearing the 6s power! For me the price it's to be expected for what is inside this warbird. Definitely got to make some time and come out and fly with you guys there in Vegas!
I’m really exited to get my hands on one of these beauties, still practicing with smaller warbirds to be confortable with this and the P-51! Horizon keeps going better and better!!!
I think the bigger ones are easier to fly take off can be a bit tricky at times.

Awesome viddd... honestly!!!! One of the best viddzz of this new FW-190.. I have watched about 4-6 U-tube viddzz of this plane and I've found that the tips that were given to us the viewer were very very informative!!!! When this plane popped up on the Horizon Hobby U-tube channel I fell in love with it immediately!!! I went to the HH website and bought it.. I can't wait to get it and show it off to my friends.. this will my 5th FW-190 warbird in my fleet.. I love the FW-190 and the BF-109. But I must admit I love both of these warbirds but I I favor the Butcher Bird 🐦 ahhhh little bit more.. I will give this beauty a WW-II scale airbrush paint job. I'm leaning towards a Night Fighter paint scheme version of this incredible bird......???

Man, where I live, there is no longer flyable space, I miss my time flying years ago. But I will buy this, just in case one day I can take off again! It could serve as a good static model too!

Very nice looking bird. I really hope these sell well to to keep the 1.5 line alive, I’ll do my part and get one. I have really enjoyed my mustang. Would be nice if you start including plastic on the mustang though where the gear attaches to the wing like on this one. I really would like to see the bear, wild, or hell cat in this line next. Would say the P-47 or P-40 but the FMS versions are already to nice and i don’t think a eflite version would do as well.

Real nice plane. You've got me lusting... after that NX8 transmitter! Been learning to fly on the HZ Sport Cub S 2 (RTF) and RF9.5. Got a UMX Turbo Timber and FT Simple Cub for Christmas waiting for me to get a transmitter (and receiver for the FT bird). Waiting for the NX8 to start shipping.
NX8s are on the way to us now and should start shipping out by early to mid February!

I have had this in my cart 4 times and back out. lol I have a smaller FW 190A but need to just sell it and get this one. I would have to leave it in the box, no room anywhere for it.
Great looking airplane! The only thing, obviously, is that fact that after all the attention to scale details, there is no retractable tail wheel.

I just purchased this amazing model. However there may be a weak point in the design. When I installed the wing tips the pins in the plug for the aileron had broke or was broken from factory. I fixed this by removing the fixed point and now have a loose lead hanging for when i connect them. I wonder if other enthusiasts have experienced the same problem?

So I just purchased this aircraft in bnf and received it the other day every time I plug a new battery into it I have to re-arm the ESC why do I have to do that and is there any way of getting around it because it's annoying as hell.
Jason, can u set up the p51 and this plane with as3x, safe and off on a 3 position switch
So for example position 1 -as3x and safe off, position 2 as3x on, and position 3 safe select
That would really be an awesome way to set these planes up.

Yes, you can do that with the new forward programming compatible Smart receivers and the latest software! So full throttle, full elevator will fold the wing at 100% rates? What's the max before they snap? Kinda the only thing keeping me from buying.
Jason is not referring to the wing physically folding/snapping...he's referencing "snapping" due to an accelerated stall. It's entirely aerodynamic, and the same issue exists for most models...too much elevator throw + speed = accelerated stall/snap. The wing on this model will not physically fold/snap under any typical flight conditions!
Beautiful warbird; but a 3 point landing is failure waiting to happen. Scale landings are high speed 2 pointers, which work much better for me than a 3.
Jason explains why we recommend 3-point landings on smooth surfaces, and shows how/why that works, in the video :)
