Oeiras is so much more than you have shown in this video. The municipality website will give you an insight of the history, the development, the modernity and the amenities in the region.
You should check out the Parque dos Poetas (Poets Park) right in the town centre, the Jardim de Oeiras facing the sea, the Palácio Marquês de Pombal and its amazing gardens. You have shown just a minor sample of what Oeiras has to offer.

You can visit an extra portuguese municipality: Olivença. It was invaded and annexed by Spain in the XIX century, but more and more people there speak portuguese and have portuguese nationality.

Just checked out Ipanema on google 😁 Nice , it looks like bit more packed than here 👌 But I hope one day I will get to Brazil also, I really want to explore it
