Congrats on the weight loss Amy , you have lost SO much weight since the protein shakes video . I will be starting my healthy eating plan on Monday . I use food as an emotional crutch to help me through the bad times , however I have put SO much weight on I MUST address it , I have a chronic condition and am in severe pain all day ,every day . The extra pounds are certainly not helping ... Congrats again , I know it’s HARD .
I also have severe chronic pain. I have slowly been gaining weight the past few years 😕. Im not severely overweight but I’m not comfortable. I use to be 55kg and now I’m 75kg. I really want to get it off but it’s so hard when I can hardly move and it hurts to even cook and make meals
LG13 I sympathize so much , I am in a horrible rut , depressed and in constant pain life is barely worth living . I carry on for my wonderful son and the adored grandchildren he’s given me . I simply HAVE to do SOMETHING to help myself , food is my crutch, my coping mechanism and I’ve had weight problems all of my life. I have severe Osteoarthritis over much of my body , and cervical and lumbar stenosis . I know this extra weight is putting even more pressure on my knees and spine , also my BP is on the high side and I’m not getting any younger❗️ I can’t walk far or do anything much and it’s beyond depressing and frustrating . I’m so sorry you are struggling too, life is hard and very unfair . I wish you all the very best in your weight loss journey and life in general . I would tell you how much I weigh but I have no idea as I threw the scales away years ago . However I was a ( UK) dress size 18 now I’m more of a 20/22 ... not good 🤦🏻♀️

Amy, I've been a silent follower of yours for a while. My best friend does resin & epoxy. She is very talented at what she does, as are you. People don't understand it takes a lot of practice and can become very expensive. On another note, I had gastric bypass almost 16 years ago and lost 160lbs. It takes a lot of work but I have kept it off. This is going to be YOUR YEAR, I CAN FEEL IT. Proud of you.
