My big question with Silayev is his desire (literally, I have no clue one way or the other), the obvious comparison you were wise to avoid, Chara ended up so good because he wanted it so much. That’s the big factor with this kid, in my opinion anyways.
I was literally about to write the same thing. What does 1 F mean? 1 is great right? But an F sucks in school so what does that mean? Lol. Is he the best crappy player out there? Is a 1 F even worth a #10 pick? I love your breakdowns but have no idea about what your grading system means.

When you throw in the Russian factor, I think Silayev will slide even out of the Top 10 potentially.
