  • Plants Vs Zombies Reseeded is a full game pvz mod, built off my old mod titled PvZ rebalanced, featuring reworked adventure levels, new mini-games, new puzzles, new survivals, and every plant being reworked, along with a lot of zombie reworks! There are also 6 difficulty modes, including some challenge modes that really test your skills, like respeeded mode!

    hi there! i've finished up my playthrough of the mod, and i did enjoy it a bit. the stuff you've managed to cram into this mod is pretty impressive, and the full game rework felt new and fresh, and was a fun experience. however, i'm not gonna lie when i say that i think this mod does a lot of it's reworks in a weird, backwards way...
    yes, some of the plant reworks are good. for example, i really like the majority of the changes they make to instant-kill plants personally, like potato mine and squash, where they're still cheap but only deal so much damage so they fall off outside of the early game, and you lean more towards the BIG explosive plants for later in the game. this is a change that honestly should be adapted in the base game for future PvZ games and fangames, it just feels more natural and diversifies a lot of the plant types that are just "this plant blows up and kills zombies... very cool :)"
    but a lot of other changes just feel like they're trying to solve the OPPOSITE of the problem... for example, repeater outclasses peashooter in the base game, and leaves you with no reason to actually use it over peashooter, since it's just a far more powerful and less spacious option compared to peashooter. but instead of doing something more reasonable, like giving peashooter a unique sort of niche that makes it more worth using like giving it quicker recharge than repeater, or making it a cheaper option... you turned repeater into this weird, spammable offensive plant and make peashooter the meta. it just feels really weird and i don't think it works well... (that, and the fact that it's far more underpowered than the peashooter. even it's low cost doesn't really give you much reason to use it, from my experience... puff-shroom already does that at night, and better.)
    there are a bunch of other reasons and specific plants i particularly dislike in the way they've been redone. i've already listed the majority of them before from my own personal playthrough of the mod, so i'll just be copy/pasting these from another large comment i made before on the mod as a whole... don't get me wrong, though. as much as i will rag on this mod here, i do think that the general idea of this mod is cool and i am very interested to see what you may do with it in the future if you decide to update it!
    - chomper loses a lot of it's power and i feel it just isn't worth the sun as of now. sure, now it doesn't have to deal with swallowing zombies, since it just bites through them... but it really isn't that great at chomping as is. it's damage is honestly kind of dissapointing for 300 sun, and even base game chomper could get more done if used in a bit of a different way than reseeded's chomper. base game chomper actually works really great if you use it more as an insta-type plant, like squash. it has a quick recharge, and works very well at knocking out a single zombie, especially against football/bucketheads. reseeded loses this unique usage and leans more towards it's intended use, as an offensive support for walls. but it doesn't do a great job of handling that when it's base damage just isn't high enough to work well, and the fact that walls have been nerfed as hard as they have been puts chomper in a very weird and weak position.
    - sun-shroom is unbelievably busted in terms of sun production, just use sunflower through the early game and plant these guys with them, and you'll end up with thousands of sun left around.
    - fume-shroom costs 250 sun. it's honestly way weaker though, and i don't feel that fume shroom alone was really all that powerful... i feel like it was only changed in part of how busted sun-shroom is though, which you should NOT be balancing around in the first place. also, it's lowered range is annoying visually, because it used to hit in a 1x4 range, and since the fumes they fire weren't changed, zombies sometimes look like they get hit when they actually don't.
    - torchwood was already great before, but now it costs even less (175 -> 75) and has it's only weakness basically nullified since now frozen peas get upgraded through them and into WINTER MELONS nonetheless?! the damage nerf barely even affects them, too... (also the description lies, it doesn't give them extra damage anymore.)
    - spikeweed is just straight up stupid, why even change the hitbox when it doesn't match the plant? if you wanna do something like that then just make it plantable over plants like pumpkin or something and reduce it's damage a bit. (no, the almanac description doesn't give you a reason to explain why... it still looks bad visually.)
    - wall-nut is 15 sun. i know it isn't that big of a deal but good lord just make him 25 sun and buff his defense just a smidge to keep him in a better position for stalling than sunflower man why would you do that to him. and WHILE I'M ON THE SUBJECT...
    - i feel that the way sunflower is reworked is a bit odd. yes, i know not every mod has to be the same as other ones, but i do feel that PvZ: Expansion does a far better job of handling sunflower. there, they make sunflower cost 100 sun, but buff their sun production a bit, so losing a sunflower is little more punishing as to not encourage stalling with them. it gives wall-nuts and tall-nuts more of a reason to be used, which i think is a bit better than leaning into the stalling aspect, at least personally.
    - cattail is literally unusable, 300 sun for basically nothing when it's firing speed is unbearably slow. also generic change to make cattail a non-water plant is kind of stupid ngl, i feel like introducing a plant like flower pot but as a pool tile would be way more interesting just in general
    - plantern is still just as useless, regardless of if it requires more "strategy" when placing it, it doesn't do anything else but let you see in the fog. it doesn't have any sort of niche use that makes it worth using outside of fog, when most other plants still have good reason to use them. i'll say it once again, expansion does a great job at handling this, and while it doesn't need to be the same way, i do think it is worth looking into. speaking of plants with niche uses...
    - umbrella leaf. i know it's only use is as a repellent for catapults and bungees in base game too, but i just generally wish you had more reason to use the plant outside of those specific zombie types. and YET AGAIN, speaking of plants with niche uses that i wish got more interesting reworks...
    - GRAVE BUSTER! its rework in this mod is fine, to be frank. but i do wish there was more of a reason to actually USE it outside of just busting graves. and i did have one idea in relation to that... so i'll detail that real quick!
    - Grave Buster would now go from a plant made for busting graves, to a hybrid of a trap/wall plant. Let me explain...
    - Grave Buster can now be planted anywhere. That doesn't just mean over blank grass tiles, too! As long as a tile space doesn't have 2 plants already occupying that space (aka a pumpkin with another plant inside of it,) then it can be planted on that space.
    - When initially planted, Grave Buster now appears as a little sprout, or a sapling, growing out of the ground. Give that sucker a few seconds, and it'll arm and become ready to attack!
    - If it detects a grave OR zombie over it within 5-10 seconds of being armed, it'll destroy it, or in the case of zombies, perhaps just deal a great amount of damage to them. However, if it doesn't attack in that time, it'll do something else instead...
    - It'll turn into a big stump and act as what is currently this mod's wall-nut! Change the cost from 25 to something like 100, and I think this would give the Grave Buster a far more interesting use. Without getting rid of it's intended function as a grave removing plant. It also turns it into an early pseudo-pumpkin with it's weak ability to protect plants!
    Now with that out of the way...
    - blover's change is just... why? i guess it's fine, but it's so unfitting that i feel i have to point it out. why even make it a temporary invincible stalling plant when you've already made tall-nut that busted to begin with?
    - starfruit is another example of a common issue i've found with this mod. so many plants have high sun costs for higher damage, which is somewhat reminiscent of Eclise's tiering system... but without the option to turn them down. this ends up leaving you way less in terms of early-game plants, and if i'm going to be frank, starfruit of all plants REALLY didn't need the change... it was already a fine plant as is, this just feels like you changed the plant for the sole reason of making it different. they're just kind of another busted OP plant in this mod...
    - garlic's change is... well, i don't like it. garlic had a good use before for getting zombies into specific lanes, which gave it a nice niche for protecting certain lanes and giving the player a lot of freedom with how they manage their lawn, but now it's just a 3-time use zombie wipe, which i feel there are already plenty of in the form of other instas... it just isn't nearly as interesting as it was before.
    - melon pult is just another generic example of a plant being made overly expensive and broken levels of powerful for the sake of being overly expensive. like i dunno what else to say, it's just another high cost unbelievably powerful plant. some day it's gotta get old, man...
    - GLOOM SHROOM IS BROKEN BRO FIX YOUR MOD BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT LMFAO??? *(i'm just joking with this one. hopefully you get around to fixing it soon, though. it's one of my favorite plants from PvZ1, and not being able to use it is a little heart-breaking for me)*

      despite all of my complaints, this mod isn't bad at all. i would like to get my hands on some of the actual new content from the mod on it's own, because the majority of it is fun, and having built in wide-screen is a nice upgrade to modernize PvZ1 for today's standards. but as it stands, the reworks in this mod are just plain jank... i feel like a lot of it would need to be thought out again and reconsidered. it'd also be cool if you could look into finding an artist or two to make unique art assets for some massively reworked plants, like the burst-shroom and some of the more crazy different plants, but that's more of a suggestion than required. after all, finding people willing to work on your mod is hard, so i don't blame you if you don't want to go through the trouble!
      please though, if you want to ask me anything else about the mod (not just negative things either) please feel free to ask!! i'm also interested to hear your reasoning for some of the balance changes to hear your thought process, cause maybe it's just my own playstyle that i feel isn't being catered towards, or maybe you're actually perfectly reasonable with the majority of these changes and i just dislike it because it isn't base game PvZ1. i don't mind!! i like the concept for this mod a lot and just felt it wasn't exactly what i was expecting, and regardless of if it met my expectations or not, i like having these discussions and game balance is a fun thing to talk about for me so i would love to discuss ideas for reworks in the case you find any of my criticism valid or interesting enough to consider :3

      am i insane or does snow pea literally do ZERO damage now? im trying to find a list of all changes but i cant
      garlic's rework erks me the most its kinda funny but i loved being able to control lane flow, it just needed a way for them to move gargs and it would be a perfect strategy thats fun to use

      The problem with the Grave Buster idea is that it feels like it's a much larger rework that might not even be possible in the landscape of the game. If it was, I would love to see it.

    Well, I've thoroughly completed the mod, and I appreciated every bit of the adventure. Changing the entire game is no easy task, and a lot of the changes were pretty creative. Definitely not the most challenging, but it provides a good heft of difficulty! However, there's a very big problem with said difficulty, as well as changes.
    Balance can make or break a game, and if not done correctly, can completely ruin an experience. The majority of my fun came from the early phases of the game, due to the fact that all the zombies weren't as high of a difficulty yet. Once the hordes began to amass in numbers and the bigger zombies start to arrive, the cracks started to show. Mainly two things, the sun economy and the niche plants. You barely get any sun with the sunflower, to the point that cheap flowers just don't cut it. And even with sunshroom, the long cooldown time + the fact you can't use it without a 15 second hold time in the day makes a lot of strategies unviable. This creates a more boring approach, where you can't really mix up strategies due to how low the sun production is, as well as the high sun cost that makes it nearly impossible to afford, unless it's a super long level.
    The second problem is those niche plants, or rather that every plant has become niche. The options are very limited as to what actually makes a good offensive tool, with nearly every attacking plant being modified to either be a staller or be super expensive. The only diferences are peashooter and cabbage pult, which would be fine, except they can't deal with hordes of zombies. The ones that can, beinf well over 500 sun. The biggest issue has been that almost every plant has opted for a slow but powerful approach, which would be fine if that was the main type of zombie. However, nearly every zombie in the game has a lower weakness, including gargantuars. Thus, this creates a random difficulty spike where your plants are not effective for just about every level because of this slow shot meta. Unfortunately, this held the game back quite a bit from what would've been one of my favorite mods.
    All in all, the game still carries its charm through the problems that arose, and between the spundtrack choices (I question the cerebrawl replacement) and the variety of vhallenges and bonus content, there was plenty of playtime for me to enjoy. Mods do take lots of effort, and sometimes mistakes are made. I don't want this comment to be discouraging, rather it's a request to keep pushing with quality, and to keep these things in mind for next time, if you ever do approach this idea again

    This is impressive! almost as good as PvZ remastered (or expansion) by Sustew! Can't wait to experience giga gargantuars every wave :)

      Don't tell anyone but gigas are currently broken in survivals, but I am working on a fix in the coming days that also tweaks some other stuff lol.

    Great mod, I enjoy most of the reworks of the towers, and find the difficulty on normal to be engaging for me despite not really having played anything PvZ in over 10 years.
    In case you don't already know, There seems to be a bug with the gold magnet where it crashes the game as soon as it comes off cooldown.

      @@Jornker i think the issue is when an upgrade plant for a nocturnal plant comes off cooldown without anything it can be planted on, it crashes. if i place a magnet shroom before gold magnet is off cooldown it works perfectly fine, and im assuming gloom works the exact same way but i cant afford a fume shroom before gloom is off cooldown so i have no way to test it.

    i never thought there would ever be a mod where waking up sunshrooms in tthe daytime with coffee bean is a viable strategy. This mod is so unique and awesome

    Looks great! Can't wat to try it out! (although once it downloads I'll probably be too lazy to play it and then I'll forget about it until I try to download it again and see "(1)" next to the file name) Hopefully the music won't stop working after level 1 like in PVZ Expansion!
    Edit: Yep, music works great! Love that you used R&S for the OST! After having played AltVerz for a week straight, it's great to play a PVZ game where Sunflower earns back her cost in just one cycle, even if it's the reverse of the norm. I also like Wall-nut being a spammable staller instead of a really really long recharge wall plant. I imagine it gets quite hard, but hey, that's why there's an easy mode!
    Also, quick note: On the title screen, hovering over the "not you?" button makes the chain on the sign move slightly
    Edit 2: Oh my gosh I just realized I can make a giant PVZ2-esque sunfield and I love it so so *SO* much!
    Edit 3: Why is there a screendoor zombie on level 5?
    Edit 4: Okay, so I think I just had a potato mine blow up from a zombie being to close to it but not close enough to damage the zombie because it dealt zero damage.
    I'm gonna stop numbering my edits now. Anyways, I keep going "Oh, the zombies are getting close! I should use plant food!" and then moving my mouse to the bottom left corner like an idiot.
    I just noticed the pause button is behind the background. Why?
    I'm sorry, the double-speed Peashooter shoots at half speed now? Why?
    Okay, so Repeater has 2/5 the speed of Peashooter for 2/5 the cost... Why should I use it exactly? I feel like this only serves to make Gatling Pea more annoying to place (then again, I have literally no idea what you did to Gatling Pea)

    I don't know how so many people are making amazing new minigames like this, and I sure hope that they make information about it public sometime soon.
    Imagine a mod that's just hundreds of new mini-games, without any annoying rebalancing that mods like this do

      It also has annoying rebalancing stuff, and it's more than just easy recharge changes. All randomness is removed, and lane spawning is equalized (lawnmowers don't prevent spawning, gargantuars can spawn in top row, etc), and the overall zombie density is massively increased

    cool mod but tbh the balancing seems sorta bad, snow pea and repeater are almost unusable, potato mine has been made a lot worse in early game due to cost, and that's when it was most useful. Some plants are pretty expensive, but actually sunflower being made cheaper made the prices more reasonable. It's an interesting mod with ups and downs, definitely different from the main game, still haven't gotten too far in the mod, hopefully it's harder than vanilla pvz

    Amazing mod! I beat it in hard mode too! Hard mode is insane on some levels (3-4, 5-4 especially, 5-9). But its all possible! I loved the changes, but torchwood seems overtuned. I beat all the hardest levels with snow pea + torchwood as the combo is way too efficient for its cost. There are also a lot of plants that were underpowered like cattail and repeater.
    3-4 is unreasonably hard due to walnuts doing absolutely nothing against snorkle zombies, as in hard mode, there are double zombies and zombies eat through plants 3x as quickly. A snorkle zombie would eat an entire walnut and a 75 cent lilipad before any reasonable defense can kill them. I basically spammed instants in the pool and absolutely spammed sunflowers the whole game in order to afford a bunch of threepeaters in order to win. Took me 3 days on and off to beat lmao.
    5-4 Was probably the hardest level in the game at least in hard mode. The difficulty comes from all lines of your defense being attacked the whole game. Basketball zombies show up and instantly kill what is in your back lane, no counterplay, and if you dont kill them with an instant or something, you pretty much lose the entire lane. Ladder zombies required your front lane to be always covered in pumpkins, and pole vaulting zombies also required your middle lane to be covered in pumpkins. There is pretty much no counterplay to bungee zombies besides dumping a bunch of sun on instants. The way I beat this level was by first having a row of temporary row of cabbage pults, and then have snowpea + torchwood in the front lane. I needed a whole bunch of sun for everything, so everything was convered in sunflowers. Had no space for much other strat, but I beat it with 8 seed slots i think and a long day of theorizing strats and attempts with my friend.
    5-9 was hard. I tried EVERYTHING with 9 seed slots. I couldnt ever set up anything that was sustainable, but I eventually beat it with snow pea + torchwood lol. I never expect it to be as good as it is, but AOE slowdown is just too strong. Obviously I used melon pult with my extra sun, but it was so close.
    If you played through hard mode, lmk the experience lol

      "Hard mode" is running through the story mode for a second time, right? I can not think of any strategy to deal with that many zombies that early. Would love some tips for this.

      @@greenbeangang8303 theres a difficulty setting that you can switch on in a folder of the hack. I havent ran through the game a second time idk if that's changed

      @@sleepi8454 I was unaware of the difficulty setting. Round 2 of adventure mode unleashes an ungodly amount of zombies in each lane right after you defeat the first one. I was able to beat 1-1 and 1-2 with lawn mower sacrifice and fume-shrooms but coneheads are too tanky for one fume-shroom. Stumped.

    I love this mod. And i'm very experienced. So i'll rank every plant except glool shroom:
    F tier
    48. Snow pea (It shoots so slow and it costs the same sun. Idk what the creators were thinking...)
    47. Marigold (Ok, it costs 0 sun, but you can only plant 1+5-9 gives you insane coin amount so this plant isn't necessary to have. It's rly bad, barely above snow pea.)
    46. Gold magnet (It didn't got change from vanilla.)
    E tier
    45. Repeater (Repeater got the same change with snow pea. Attacks slowly, but at least it now costs 50 sun. But it can't even kill a conehead by itself.💀💀)
    44. Grave Buster (That might sound controversial... Ok, it costs 25 sun but now takes 15 secs to eat a grave... Like wtf, why would you nerf it so badly?!)
    43. Coffee bean (It now costs 50 sun but takes 15 secs to wake up a mushroom.😭😭 This plant is dead after all. But still better than snow pea at least.)
    42. Plantern (Ok, it costs 150 sun but now has a fast recharge. Plantern always used to be E-F tier plant. That change was actually pretty cool. Since all 3 sun production plants gor buffed sun cost isn't that big of a deal...)
    D tier
    41. Fume shroom (It costs a lots of sun but it has some good damage so, not E or F tier...)
    40. Gatling pea (Same with Repeater but better. It can at least kill a conehead...)
    39. Lily pad (It costs triple the sun but has a recharge of 4 secs. It still remains rly bad cause it costs a bit too much...)
    38. Flower pot (Ok, the reason why it's above lily pad it's cause of how much utility it has on roof lvls. It can stall zombies somehow. I mean lily pad can also do it but pool lvls aren't even close to the roof lvls difficulty...)
    C tier
    37. Sea shroom (It now costs 100 sun but attacks rly fast. I think it's way better cause it can kill some tanky zombies making it overall a decent plant.)
    36. Magnet shroom (It now costs half of the sun but since coffee bean isn't that useful anymore, magnet shroom isn't as useful. It can be pretty good in fog and night lvls, but other than that, it's mehhh...)
    35. Kernel pult (Kernel pult is the worst catapult imo. It attacks to slow but had a good amount of damage and it now stuns zombies for 13 secs. But still remains to be decent. Better than in vanilla at least...)
    34. Squash (Squash is literally the worst instant. It can't even kill a pole vaulter.💀💀 But at least it's still remains good cause it has a good recharge and you can kinda spam then...)

    33. Peashooter (It now costs 125 sun and has a medium recharge. But it attacks rly fast making overall a good choice in mostly every lvl...)
    32. Spikeweed (It now costs double the sun but I'm pretty sure 1 spikeweed can kill a basic zombie by it self. So it's good with peashooters to have some solid dps against tanky zombies...)
    31. Potato mine (It now costs triple the sun, it enough damage to kill a conehead and it arms faster. So i guess it's a better sqaush?!)
    30. Split pea (It costs double the sun but has some serious dps. It can kill a bucket head by itself...)
    29. Torchwood (It now costs less and the snow peas that pass through it now becomes water melon shots. But it's mostly used with peashooters due to the buffed splash damage.)
    28. Cob canon (It costs 5000 sun but it has some insane recharge to it's shots. Making it kinda above average imo...)
    27. Twin sunflower (You can only plant 1 but it gives some good sun...)
    26. Puff shroom (It's insane how the nerfs didn't killed the plant but for 25 sun it does it's job like in vanilla)
    25. Tangle kelp (It has a faster recharge making it worth in pool and fog lvls...)
    24. Cabbage pult (It has some rly good dps, and i think it's better than peashooter...)
    23. Sunflower (It costs half the sun, it can stall so easily and it gives some solid sun...)

    20. Hypno shroom (If you don't use it in night lvls, you're giving yourself a harder challenge. It has a rly good recharge and it can give you some good zombies even tho it's expensive...)
    19. Cactus (I can't understand why it got so buffed. It can 2 shot a bucket head.💀💀)
    18. Scaredy shroom (It recharges in 3 minutes, but it can handle any zombie in the game if you protect it...)
    17. Pumpkin (It gets overshadowed by wall nut being one of the best plants. But it's rly important in many lvls...)
    16. Umbrella leaf (This might sound controversial, but for 25 sun it can counter 2 insanely annoying zombies. The buff was needed fr.)
    15. Cattail (If you don't use it, idk what you're doing with your life... It's a better cactus that can destroy bucketheads so easily.)

    14. Cherry bomb (Extra sun for a kinda fast recharge plant. It can be so useful in mostly any lvl...)

      Are you sure you're opening the right file? If you're launching the regular "plantsvszombies.exe" then the visuals will be messed up. Opening the file labeled "LAUNCHTHISFILE.exe", should fix it.

    Quite a fun mod, I managed to beat it with an extra challenge of not losing any mowers and only using shop for 8 seed slots, and had hard time only on 2-8, 4-5, 5-4 and 5-9 (4-5 felt so imbalanced, like first and third waves are a cake walk, but getting rng to kill the football zombie made me restart like 50 times).
    It was fun seeing some plants do a complete 180 as opposed to the vanila, like chomper, repeated and snow pea. (Un?)fortunately, I abused hell lot out of the 50% rule to stall in the early game as much as possible, so in the end there was not as much of a variety of strats, like I think I beat 10+ levels with just squash and mine stall + threepeater spam, and in general mod requires way too much aoe or insanely expensive plants. I also encountered some weird bugs, like zomboni never spawning outside of final waves, very weird giga garg rng in 5-9 (sometimes I get one after 4th flag, sometimes first appears only on 6th flag) and also weird AI for gargs throwing imps. Like, sometimes giga garg (which I believe has health of ~6 instas) will throw it around half health, but the final gigagarg I killed I did it without him throwing a single imp (or do cherry, jalapeno and doom shroom deal different damage?)
    If there's one thing I might ask, it is can you add some way of auto-collecting sun? I know it's part of the game to manage it, but my wrist legit hurts after so many 5-9 attempts where I have to click on my ~25 sun producers, many of which produce tiny suns.

      1. Zomboni actually is supposed to function like that, his job there is to merely signal that there will be a huge amount of basic zombies.
      2. Apart from potato mine and squash, all instas deal the same amount of damage, you probably just managed to deal enough damage quickly to pretty much just not let the garg live long enough to throw imps.
      3. There actually is an autocollect, its a tad buggy though but if you go into the difficulties folder and then into the normal folder, you can find an autocollect option there
      4. Also I don't know how to change 4-5 vasebreaker, so I'm unable to remove football zombie there, massive props to doing it mowerless though, I honestly thought it wasnt possible

      @@Jornker Here's the thing, he walked for a lot of time and I was waiting for the doom shroom to be off cooldown -- I was not expecting the garg to die and just did it for lols, but it suddenly died. Maybe they don't throw the imps if they already passed the incline of the roof? Also another thing I noticed (which might be my human probability prejudice) is that rng in many conveyor belts is weird, like I would get a lot of one plant, then a lot of other plant etc. Like in zomboss I got 6 jalapenos before my first ice shroom, in 3-5 I got a ton of lily pads first and then only peashooters basically

I can't recall the name it first had but it had "PVZRB" at the pause menu button from that one screenshot I had and I'm very sure its this same mod. I also remember it had its own trailer too, way way before this one. I wonder what newer changes were made. 🤔

    Very cool mod. Nerf 5-9 / giga gargs. Huge difficulty spike at the tail end of adventure that makes it way too hard to access most of the content in the mod.

    I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but the golden magnet causes crashes whenever it fills up it's recharge. Tested a few times and seems consistent.

    Any advice on dealing with miner zombies and balloon zombies? Without gloom shroom your best option for diggers is split pea with torchwoods behind them, but that isn't keeping up with the sheer spam of them most of the time, and all 3 answers to balloon zombies(cactus, cattail, and blover) are all super slow and don't work that well unless spamming all 3.

      Assuming you are doing survivals, imitater blover works, its risky though, and it might be useful to bring an extra insta. For miners you can do spikeweed/rock, its slightly less effective than vanilla, but actually does more damage

    I used the launch this file to start the game and my game is messy in the main menu, plus zombies are invisible to a certain point past the bushes. Is there any option to fullscreen? I tried options but it simply ignores and keeps showing up back in windowed.

    I downloaded the mod, but whenever I click start adventure, the button flashes, then it crashes. The bug window also crashes when I try to send a bug report. I am booting it up through the "Launch this file" exe.

    Interesting. Things I like:
    - Each plant has its own unique perk and has its own moment to shine the best; a lot of plants have been reworked to be useful in broader usage; and some plants have their own use change entirely (ex: Repeater from the main DPS to an early plant).
    - It has been a long time since I last played PvZ 1, but does this mod seem to make the game feel cleaner? Idk, just my feeling.
    - Good music
    - More challenging, for sure.
    Conclusion: It seems like a reworked version of my best childhood game combined with all the good things from its notorious sequel makes this a very refining experience. I feel like this trailer doesn't do justice to show how much effort has been put in to make this mod.

    Howdy! I just beat the normal difficulty and had a blast! I wanted to do the adventure replay where dave picks a few plants for me to replay it but it seems that it is impossible? The zombie spawns on replaying story mode are actually insane. I managed to get through the first 2 levels by spamming ice shroom but now its conehead. Is this supposed to be doable?

      Adventure 2 is bugged actually. (I don't know how to fix this lol). I suggest just trying out other difficulties.

    I got a problem with the widescreen, for some reason it always says "some files extracted from Plants Vs Zombies Reseeded.zip were modified or new files were created. Do you wish to put them to the archive?" and I deleted the pvz brutal mode ex plus zip i had and the plants vs zombies goty zip i had and no matter what i click on the pop up of the new files it always messes up the widescreen, i tried launching both the LAUNCH THIS and pvz exes seperately and its always messed up, any advice?

    Hey, I was wanting to try this out, but it keeps giving me errors, like saying you need permission to perform this action when I'm extracting sometimes, or when I do extract and then launch the other .exe for the fullscreen thing, it deletes the main .exe file from the folder and doesn't let me paste the .exe file from the difficulty folders, giving me the same error 'you need permission to perform this action'. Hope you could help, as I'd love to try this out!

      your antivirus is probably deleting the exe, other stuff Im not sure, are you an administrator on your pc? if so I don't know what it could be.

    bro I've been playing this game and I thought I am going to finish it but 5-9 is a real nightmare level ,(I even SWITCH to easy mode) that level had every types of zombies that will ruin your plan some one that finished that level give me an idea to finish in plzz🙏🙏🙏
