This literally just made me realize why Napstablook maybe coming to the TV-themed Chapter 3 Dark World has relevance, as they're Mettaton's cousin, and we know how Mettaton is in Undertale. Heck, maybe after the Dark World, Napstablook could go see Mettaton with plenty of ideas to help with figuring out his perfect body.

@@mattman92 We don't know Tenna's gender, but they could be a woman. I saw people theorize that they're named Anne Tenna (as an obvious pun on Antenna), and that would be the kind of name Toby could come up with.
