Cricket teams like the West Indies are known to represent more than one country, but they are not alone in this. Whilst for some teams, such as India, Pakistan, and Australia, who simply represent one country, it is not always as simple as this.

Just giving a suggestion.
ICC should make WORLD TEST CHAMPIONSHIP into 2divisions . Each consisting of 7 teams ( including Scotland and Nepal)
Team which ranks no:1 will automatically qualify and host for final. And no:2 &3 team will compete for 2nd finalist spot. Bottom 2teams from fist division will be relagated to 2nd division and 2 teams from 2nd division will be promoted to first division . This will make game more interesting to fans to follow .
