    Today we would like to share with you a recipe for preparing a delicious brisket, which is a specific cut of veal or beef. When cooked correctly, it can be rich in taste and texture. It is crucial to ensure that the brisket stays tender and is not overcooked. By adding a generous helping of Almazan Kitchen Red Meat Mix and controlling the fire perfectly, the brisket will turn out irresistibly juicy and tasty. The key is to prepare a substantial amount of lean meat that will be enough to serve your entire group.

    Ordinarily my mum would not go for cooked meat that is still pink/red in the middle, don't worry it's just her. We've argued over it for decades so now I just keep quiet when I see a really good steak cooked to perfection. I'm a medium rare guy.
    That looks divine, even when cooked through it's still juicy and tender..... I had a big dinner earlier and now I'm hungry again..... damn it that looks so good.

    • @paghal11
      @paghal11 2 роки тому

      Brisket is very different from steak. It is actually a tough cut of meat with lots of collagen. The point of cooking it "low and slow" is to allow the interior to cook thoroughly to around 205-210 F without burning the exterior so that it retains the juices and is fall apart tender at the end. A "medium rare" brisket cooked to 135F would likely be inedible.

    Might I recommend rubbing it with a yellow mustard before slapping the rub on? The vinegar in the mustard will help to tenderize the meat. You will not taste the mustard.
