Hand Analysis of Opening a Water Bottle

For my hand analysis assignment in my clinical kinesiology and applied physics class, I have chosen an activity that has variable movements at the joints of the elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. The activity could be any type of activity of daily living (ADL) including self-care, work and leisure tasks. In this activity I was able to discuss changes in joint position and the prime movers responsible for movement in opening a water bottle.
