The sight of Advanced Warfare guns in this game makes me think Sledgehammer is begging Activision to give them a shot at another Advanced Warfare game.
I mean, Activision did cuck them back when they were supposed to start developing their new COD game. They wanted to make an AW2 but they were forced to make MW3.
This animation does NOT redeem Sledgehammer. They're still one of the worst AAA dev studios out there. The only thing Activision can do to truly save CoD at this point is let Treyarch make *every* game at their own pace.

And you're sitting here complaining about how they couldn't make a revolver look nice when you load the rounds individually? The fact that BOCW was as good as it was should be a testament to how Treyarch has consistently made some of the best CoD titles in existence. Sledgehammer has *never* made a CoD that was actually good on launch. How are you going to stand around and try to deny that because of a revolver animation?

Being able to see how a fictional/futuristic weapon (that was created 10 years ago) functions with modern day graphics, super smooth animations and crisp sound design is something really special. If only the devs were allowed to give this much quality and fan service to other aspects of the game.
The Bal-27 is one of my favourite original COD weapons and I honestly am so glad to see it’s made a return. I hope this means we’re gonna be getting an Advanced Warfare 2 at some stage.

You know what....the bal actually works in a modern game surprisingly, they didn't just take futuristic gun and slap it into modern day they actually changed it to fit
props to the title, I see way too many people attaching bad or repeat animation to "lazyness" or whatever else when 99% of the time animators and devs are rushed through a deadline
The MW3 BAL is nice, it just that the AW one felt more beefy and additioanlly didnt have a recoil pattern that was *ALL OVER THE PLACE* when hip firing.

The attention to detail is awesome but it sucks that they forgot to change the model 1887's sound because it sounds just the same as the lockwood. Even tho they shoot completely different ammo. shotguns should sound powerful but these don't😔
I am so tempted to put money in the game just so I can use this gun. But no. I will just push through the season or wait for it to be over and complete the challenge
If the animators didn't have to rush their work, we'd have actual akimbo reloads. I dunno, just seems dumb that two tube-fed shotguns have the same reload speed as a pair of box-mag pistols.
One thing I still strongly dislike is akimbo reloads being done off-camera. I know going akimbo isn't the most realistic thing, but at least reloading both guns on-screen should be possible, right?

The BAL-27 and 1887s don't exactly apply in the latter case, but the BAL being included at all just feels....wrong. Cool gun, shouldn't be in the game though.
