My partner, a bird expert, is always telling me there is no such thing as a seagull - there are herring gulls, black headed gulls, great black backed gulls, etc. - yet when we see them I still can't tell them apart (after only thirty years of being told)! I’m enjoying seeing the colours in your advent as much as I do opening mine ! The colours have so many tones and depth I love them and also enjoy guessing the names !
I have cable nibbling problems with my parrots- usually when they are quiet they are up to no good. We put a clear flexible plastic protective covering on all the electrical cords to prevent accidents.

Ooh we can hear the seagulls too, also about 30 minutes from the sea. Sometimes they perch on the roof and squawk down the chimney, it's so loud. I wondered why December was flying past, it's obviously Jack and the candle's fault!

Laughing at Harvey. We used to have rabbits, and the few times they were in the house no cord was safe. Fast forward to me working the desk of a motel. A young woman was outraged because we allowed dogs, but not rabbits. She went on about how clean rabbits were. I agreed, but I didn't mention their habit of chewing cords. Love all of your knits.

Mischievous Harvey rabbit! When my daughter had a house rabbit many years ago , she put all the wires through a heavy duty hose-pipe! It looked weird but it did the trick! Beautiful sunny walk with you today which was lovely! Cold and pouring with rain today so lots of knitting and watching vlogmas videos for me today! X
