I looked for your "huge difference" ADHD video. I know it didn't fit with the fashion and lifestyle videos on your channel but I loved it. If you still have it put it back. That aside I love simplicity and try to implement it. That really helps keep me from getting aggravated and ending up doing nothing. Meds aren't the whole answer and have to be done carefully. I changed my meds to a big zilch. People must know; it isn't a head cold that goes away.

I always wear sleeveless dresses (even in winter, I just wear a coat or in extreme cases a cardigan over them). I wonder if it's an ADHD thing where I can't stand sleeves (oddly enough, sleeves of a coat don't bother me, maybe because since it's a coat it feels more optional). A common spring and fall outfit for me is a sleeveless dress (always in purple because it's my favorite color), red wool scarf around my neck, and flats or boots. Another thing is I can't stand pants. Is hating sleeves an ADHD thing commonly or just a Victoria thing? Pants are like sleeves for the legs. It's funny how people think I'm always trying to dress up (I do like looking nice) but for me a sleeveless long dress is literally the most comfortable thing in the world and I love comfort.

If it's sufficiently cold I might opt to leave my coat on all day (it takes a lot to do that though, I live in New Hampshire and my house is an old drafty barn that gets so cold it makes office air conditioning in the summer seem like a sauna by comparison, haha, so I handle the cold decently well). I did notice though for non-coat items, I opt to leave things on others take off. Like when I wear a scarf it stays on all day no matter what. And at the beach I leave my hat on well after sunset. And my sunglasses, let's just say I can count on one hand the number of people who have seen me without sunglasses (not including parents and siblings).
Same. Although my favorite color is purple. I love purple dresses, blue shoes/boots, red scarves, everything else purple. This is what's weird. I don't like turtlenecks but I love wearing a scarf around my neck even though it's similar. I even don't mind (too much) my neck getting sweaty and hot if it's a scarf but if it's a turtleneck then no.
