I totally get exactly what you are saying, and could even understand the pricing difference if it were the fact that Deere and Kubota were the absolute pinicle of quality and everything else was trash, but that is not true. I could also understand it if both Deere and Kubota were made from the ground up entirely of component parts proudly made in the United States by high paid union labor ... but how much of even the R line is made in facilities that even have a Deere on the building, but are made in India, or Manheim Germany.
If those two factors are taken out, of the picture the only remaining reason to buy green or orange is dealer network, but as you mentioned when your dealer network has been sued for their business practices, long story short, I own a TYM.

Rodger you are spot on with your comments. I understand Deere is laying off 650 people from the Moline facility. Not good. You can’t help but wonder if their business practices aren’t catching up with them. I LOVE TYM. I’m sure you’ll love yours for many years. Thank you for supporting our channel!

Yes anyone who owns a Deere knows the parts are stupid expensive. But if you pay the silly price that's on you. That's a 200$ pto shaft at tractor supply ( complete shaft with u joints and couplers both ends
