I want to try my rod out for some light saltwater fishing. But before I do I'd like to know if you have some tips on maintenance/cleaning the equipment after using it in saltwater? Cheers. Love your videos!
G’day mate Sorry I’ve not been back for a bit but life’s been flat out but so good to be back and see that Dimond fight at the start then the. 2nd hook up and fight with the cropper would have been fun. that rod is worth ever cent bro. See you on the next
Good to have you back man
What is the name of this jetty please? I would love to visit. Thanks
I got 2 westin w8 rods. So much power such an awesome rod but both mine come apart at the reel seat making the reel spin. Apparently its a common thing with these rods. I was dissapointed to say the least having spent so much on them. I took them to my local custom rod builder who as since fixed them up . That diamond you got was amazing mate they are a bucket list fish for me that thing was a monster. 🤘🎣
Cheers man
Amazing rod and reel job

@@KyleHennig Done mate!
I think ya need to relax with your “any other rod would have blown up by now” comments
All part of the excitement brus 😂
Nothing worse than listening to people try to have a dozen guesses as to what they got, just enjoy the fight and see what pops up
All part of the fun man!
It’s a pretty important part of fishing areas with so many different species, if you can get a good idea of the species on the end of the line you’ll have a better chance of landing it as you know what that particular species is likely to do.
