I weighed 495 pounds a few years ago when I decided my weight had gotten out of hand and decided it was time to lose some weight. I made a goal of being down under 275 pounds by my 50th birthday which will be on July 9th 2024 and I weigh 273.9 pounds as of this morning! I still have around 80 pounds to lose but I am so proud of myself I can't properly express it.
This man is incredible, he totally admitted to how depressed he was, but he actually did something about it. That is so commendable, because sometimes it is so hard to look in a mirror when you're depressed and reflect on yourself and get the motivation to make it better. That can be really hard. I love how he's also doing it with his family, because that means he actually enjoys it, he's having fun, and living happy. I love that. Good luck man, I'm so proud of you!!!
I don’t comment ever. This guy deserves a award for his hard work! That’s amazing discipline and it should be respected. He shouldn’t change his program even if Dr Now says so, he should do what works for him!
I think a key factor here is not just Chris’ incredible outlook, determination, and attitude, but his supportive family. The whole family joined in to make changes and that in itself is a massive help. Not going through that alone can be the difference between making it and not making it
Fasting for 5 days is just incredible. This guy has a lot of discipline and determination and I am so glad he has such a strong support from his mom and brother. Well done Chris! You have made everyone watching this show so very proud of you.
It is incredible. I’ve been 16:8 intermittent fasting + eating at a calorie deficit and lost 6.9 lbs in 9 days but can’t imagine doing a 5 day fast. This guy has grit.
Chris, you seem like an incredible person and what amazing willpower! You come across as very kind, determined and intelligent. Keep going - don't give it up! Before no time at all, you'll have achieved all your goals and more. I have never struggled with weight myself, but I find your story very inspiring and I will keep your resilience in mind when approaching my own goals in the future.
I genuinely don’t think they heard him 😂 either that or they were so nervous and neither one said anything and it was like “if she won’t say it I’m not gonna” type deal. I get it. These people are vulnerable and down bad. They def weren’t trying to be impolite.

Very well spoken man. It’s so refreshing to see someone who is actually willing to work hard to achieve own goals. Most of the people from the show looks for some miracle solutions 👏🤩

This kind of diet works. You still need carbs, but they should be complex. On September 20th my blood test came back. Doctor sent me a message saying I was pre-diabetic. Said to be cognizant of refined carbs and simple sugars. I now eat whole wheat bread instead of white, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice. I don't eat much of them though. I'll buy a loaf of 100% whole wheat bread and put it in the freezer. Take out a slice or two if I need it. I eat chicken meat every day. I buy frozen veggies, spinach, broccoli, brussels sprouts, etc. No more soda. I will occasionally have a little sugar in my coffee. Anyway, I was 244 pounds on September 20th. Today is December 8th and I weigh 223. This is without exercising. I just need to start walking and I'll be down below 200 in no time

His family is a support group to maintain losing weight. So even when he hits that weight loss wall, he has people near him to enable him to keep working to lose the weight.
Honestly the best enablers are the ones that tell you not to give up on losing the weight.
He was mobile before he lost the weight , doing things around the house and walking will help him keep the weight off , he had Water instead of soda or juice by his bed .. he can do it
This person is very similar to Kevin Owens both in terms of face and voice
He's so lucky his family joined him in his weight loss.
