Human being is a construct of 3 energies. Genes(body), Brain(Knowledge) and Unconscious Mind.
Consciousness is generated when unconscious mind consumes the sensations created by brain.
Unconscious mind is the real self.
Unconscious mind consists of non material energies such as anger, desire, fear, ego, jealousy, mischief, pleasure, etc., and pure power itself.
Unconscious mind is not free due to existence of many non material energies. So it has to go in a journey with many non material energies. To stop the journey, it should have only one energy.
Therefore Intelligence and love to be built in Unconscious mind to remove all other non material energies. When you have intelligence with love, one can realize the pure power itself in Unconscious mind.
Non material energies are created due to lack of reality of functions of body, knowledge and Unconscious Mind. Anyone who can segregate activities of these 3 energies separately he/she can built the intelligence.
Unconscious mind is not subject to time and space. When it has many non material energies like anger, fear, etc., it is subject to change. When it has only intelligence with love it is not subject to change. Because it has only one energy.
Body and knowledge are subject to time and space

It does not work at all, it's paralyzed in sleep.

There can’t seriously still be a debate about the existence of the unconscious mind.

The unconscious is so much more profound than this. It, like culture, is a tool which can be manipulated to change the human condition and potential.

Conscious awareness of a problem does NOT necessarily lead to a change in behavior.

If you want a good insight into what people are thinking, mimicking their facial expression can teach you a lot 👍

While you are shaking your head, the subconscious mind feeds you past experience you had with shallow minded individuals that consciously sparks the notion that you are psychologically superior to those who often drift off in thought and let their subconscious take the helm per say. On the contrary, there are a select few who have learned techniques to often stimulate the subconscious right hemisphere of the dualistic brain into not being subservient to the logical right hemisphere bringing back a harmonic symbiosis to the pair. It could be liken to a mental image of a brawny gentleman with two leashes. In one hand, holds the leash of a huge bull mastiff dog. The other hand holds the leash of a well defined Lion. In most natural scenes the Lion would have devoured to giant dog, yet the owner has trained them together as infants to work together as one single being to accomplish all tasks. So goes the brain if properly trained. I digress, it really doesn't have to start at such a early stage in life, but it is ideal to do so. Neuroplasicity can be accomplished at any age, the more a person is habitual, creature of habit, the more difficult it can become.
