I would love for y’all to do a updated underwater jerkbait video cause Whats the difference between the x nanahan vs the 110s? I’ve been looking at the x nanahan but the only difference I see is size and the +2 with it being smaller
Typically the month of January here in NC is jerkbait time! This year, with the heavy rain, high & muddy water the jerkbait just isn’t getting it done. I know conditions are key especially with jerkbaits. Being a visual bait, at what point of “stained water” do you just suggest leaving them on the deck?
Thank you have loaded my box with a number of different Megabass Oneten and World Minnows new with jerkbaits and can’t wait until the ice breaks in the STHLM archipelago 🎣
Jerkbaits would seem to mimic a shad dying in cold water in a way that a "float n fly" does, except with a plastic lure body, so, it would make sense as a colder water lure on a lot of lakes. You could do minor weight adjustments by adding additional split rings at each hook point, they don't have to be inline with the one that holds the hook, just additional ones.
To add to what Tim was saying about going broke trying to get all the megabass colors, between the core color line, the respect series, and the limited edition colors I don’t think it’s even possible to get all the megabass colors😂 they are so many different colors it’s crazy.
I fish three near identical reservoirs. On each lake the fish like a different color. On some days I don’t even jerk. Crank it down, let it sit for one to two minutes then slow crank it back. You’d be surprised how many you can catch that way.
Are the Daiwa Tatula Casting Rods a good quality rod? A full line of rods for 150-200$ per rod seems like a great intermediate rod line up for weekend anglers.
Any tips for catching a big northern largemouth? I caught 4 that were 5.5+ (pretty good for Wisconsin) and I got all ice out or right before the ice forms. I got all of them on 4 inch tubes and vision 110s. My current pb is 6lbs 14oz, and my fish eat bluegills, craws, and trout
What's taking so long on the mustard infiltrator swimbait hooks? I'm excited for them but I preordered some a couple months ago from tackle warehouse. Now the date got pushed back again to March.
I really wish the jerkbait produced more for me than it does. I know there is some user error involved, but I just have no confidence in the lure. I call it a “boat only” lure as it just doesn’t seem to produce from shore. Having said that, I do have a jerkbait tied on and I do take it everywhere right now, but 10 casts in, if I don’t get a hit, it gets put away. It frustrates me to no end.
Gotta love warm coffee Friday morning and bass tricks for the bass army.
I do agree my friend. The air just taste different with tactical bassin at the wheel

Definitely this!
Yep! Not sure the process so I'll second, third, fourth, fifth that great recommendation!
That is the only difference. The nanahan is just a smaller 110. It’s the same action.
That's the whole point of the Nanahan
Do it!!!
Ayy third one here! I love this channel and all the information, you two do such a great job!
Jerkbaits are one of my favorites. I remember watching KVD fish um, and he really RIPS them in the water

Any thoughts on hook upgrades for the x nanahan to get it to suspend vs slow float?

I need to replace my hooks on the Jr. What size hook do recommend.

Yes
dumb question. but would a bridge pier count as a bluff wall?
No
Love the Megabass Vision 110. Any thoughts on a color to match the Rainbow Smelt that lives in Northern lakes? Thanks
GG Trout OB megabass vision 110...check it out, may look like it
@@andybales7318 Nice call on that color 👍Thanks for sharing it
What are those bait keepers on the rods?
Like to see you and Matt try Shimano jerkbaits to see if flash boost is game changer
We've covered them extensively already, we LOVE flash boost in Fall and Spring 👍🏼
Love the jerkbait bite
So fun
What line are you using with these
I didn't recognize dude without the long beard and sunglasses on.... Until he spoke. Are you from "Wis-can-sin?" 😂😂😂
Thank you Tim,the jerk bait is deadly ❤

Go broke buying all the Megabass colors😳I can go broke buying one Megabass jerkbait. I refuse to pay that much for a jerkbait.
Rapala Husky Jerks still get it done for me.👍🏻
Yeah. U can do work with Rapala Husky’s and Xraps at a fraction of the price…no worries.
So your saying they have a lot of good Colors...lol
