    To perform the Victory Ropes Shuffle Torque Drill athletes will need a Victory Rope mounted to a wall or sturdy object. Athletes will walk away from the wall, place their outside hand in the anchor strap, with their inside hand in line with their shoulder. Athletes will take two shuffles from the wall before rotating their back foot, turning, and punching their back hand. Athletes will control the motion down, shuffle back to the start, then repeat the sequence for 12 quick paced repetitions. Complete 4 sets of each side with 60-90 seconds of rest between sets.
