My name is Jess! I had a daughter (Lilia) at age 18 w/ my high school sweetheart. We mutually split up & co-parent to this day. I met someone new, got married, had twin boys (Kyson & Kaden) and another son (Landen). He cheated, we split ways, & he’s not around much. After juggling life as a single mom of 4 for some time, I met Chris, he had 2 sons: Caden and Tommy, who eventually became my step sons. After Chris and I got married, we had our 7th child together, Addelyn. I love how you support your children in all their dances and games. It makes a huge difference to children who know that their parent's are behind them and praising their efforts.

I love how your kids are so involved in extra activities. Not just school, but plays, and dance, and sports. It’s beautifully crazy! I don’t know how they do it. I remember doing all of that as a kid. Now I’m 27, and my life just consists of work, cleaning and UA-cam. Why can’t my life be beautifully crazy again.. ?

Jess the fact that you can be that good of a mom with what you had to go threw is amazing especially cause you were a single mom and still decided to go on with life and give your children an amazing life
@@savannahweinstein879 Actually she did between the twins and Landon’s dad she was single for quite a bit until she met Chris. As well as between Lilias dad and the twins/Landon’s father. Hope this clears up any confusion!

@@Ilove_detroitlions14 heh? I wasn’t being negative I was just trying to let them know there is a video that explains what happened in her 10 years a few years ago, so that they wouldn’t say different things back and forth, sorry for the confusion.
Addie has progressed so much in her dancing- she struts her stuff with confidence n seems to memorize the dance steps well. Lilia is just Amazing: acting, singing and dancing n doing them all so well n naturally. Shes gifted. God bless yall❤🙏🏻🐾

Been down the competition trail before. I always packed extra hair nets to go over buns. Ace bandage just in case. Extra shoelaces, bandaids, Pepto for tummies and an ice pack that can be activated easily. Those years are so precious to me. Your girls are great. Good job mom!

Lilia is starting to look so much like Jess! I was literally wondering why Jess was in one of the dances when I realized that it was Lilia! That's so cool to see. Also loved Addie in the disco dance especially. She seemed to really enjoy that one. 💕
You know every time I see these events your kids do, it just makes me smile so big and sometimes cry lol bc for one I used to be a dancer so I remember this experience and it was the best time of my life…. But now I am a mom to 2 little girls and it just makes me excited to see MY babies doing these things 🥹🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️

Lilias no handed leg hold was so good she had such good control and I think that leg holds and things like that are definitely her thing
Jess, you should add makeup remover wipes, q-tips, and a bottle of eye makeup remover. That way it is easy to take off some makeup if they are going to need multiple makeup looks, easily fix issues with eyeliner, Addie rubbing her eyes, etc. But otherwise, you seem pretty well prepared for the dance season. 💗

Jess, you should get a dream duffle bag for the girls. Since they’re in competition it’ll make your life so much easier. They’re a giant duffel bag that rolls and it had a costume rack attached that you pull up and fold back down. It fits so much! I had one when I did comp!

All of them are extremely talented in what they do! I would add travel deodorant, tide pen, baby wipes, and medicine such as Tylenol , Motrin , Tums and Pepto.
Your kids inspire me, a 19 year old, to try to do dance. (Also my mom said when she took me out of Christian school and into public, also in middle school, that I was “ruined”)

I wanted to be in dance as a kid and my mom was super supportive, until they told us makeup was mandatory. I cried. Because I told them I couldnt wear makeup and they told me it was mandatory and not an option. So i couldnt do dance. (im allergic to every kinds of face products and break out into massive hives)
Being a dancer myself, as soon as she started her solo, i thought "Oh my Goodness!" Then start to feel the weird tears coming in.. tbh it's truly trippy feeling emotions, when you don't know somebody physically. Feels awkward saying it out loud but at least somebody's saying it! LOL🩰💃🏻
Great day all around. Even with Kyson's team elimination. He took it like a champ🙂👍. I know some adults that wouldn't have handled it as graciously, i.e. (spouse, sons, father)🤷♀️. The girls were amazing, and yes, I cried. You've got some pretty cool kids 😎

I cant even tell you how many times i got a stye in my eye during show times because i would have to attempt to get off each shows make up just to reapply it that was 20 years of my life lol

I would put small different fabric patches for lilia jacket majic tricks pocket… So Lilia can find the pocket opening… Easier for her that way.. put the small patches near the pocket opening..So that she feel the fabric patches.. She knows the pocket are..

Have you ever tried Abolene Creme to take off makeup? It’s the best! I used it decades ago for stage acting. It is awesome! Much better than Vaseline.

For the dance kabootle - some sort of shout wipes or tide to go pens would be great to keep in there.. never know when accidents happen. And some feminine products when it’s age appropriate
