I'm interested in tech that helps analyze form (maybe that's just a video camera, maybe it becomes more advanced with AI, things like GymAware FLEX although a bit expensive and I wonder about the impact to weight distribution; but that's a bit of data overkill) also in the tech category I think workout planners that can help plan progressive overload and give ideas for variation (maybe plugin what home gym equipment you have and it will narrow the exercise library) but I know as I was starting to build habits having both what I was doing but easily accessible how to do it / what to watch for was helpful in the Strong app. I agree on a Garmin watch; something to make sure my heart isn't about to explode at home. (wish Strong App would expand from Apple Watch to Garmin, but it's good on a phone) also agree if you can get the price of VOLTRAs down, putting a pair on something like PRX Halo arms (for locking vertical/horizontal rotation) could be a great functional trainer
While the C2 is the gold standard and the Rogue rower is out of stock the Assault Rower pro is currently marked down to $600 new. With your comment effectively saying "all rowers are the same" do you think this is a good alternative given the price?
I’d be curious what would happen to those Rogue numbers if you showed the list of new products first. I do agree that getting the CTM-1 would be great.
@@GarageGymRadio This was the response from Kabuki: Thank you for reaching out to us at Kabuki Power. The Transformer X has not been released yet. We are expecting to have the first 150 units packaged and on the shelf for the initial launch near the end of this month. Bars are currently in production and we are excited to get them in athlete's hands as soon as we can. Thank you for your interest and we hope you have a fantastic week ahead!
rogue functional is nice and priced right but about 2-3 years late-why- because they're threatened now and we're resting on their laurels. fat and lazy. they really do need upgrade their monster lite accessories too, the quality lags behind its bread and butter line.

I bought my freak athlete NH too soon. Oh well
Yeah i have the first nordic back extension from tib bar guy. Waited 5 months. Right after delivered they came out with a V2
@Eccles_basement_gym I can't get mad at them for improvement, but it is frustrating.
Rogue will end up being the standard because this will probably be the rower for the CrossFit games

Can you adjust drag factor on the Rogue Echo Rower? The new freak athlete piece looks solid as well. That transformer X looks dope AF, but that price…

Do you think it would be easy to get the Echo Rower into a non-walkout basement with a straight flight of stairs? Does it ship in multiple pieces?
One box & I saw my UPS driver carry it over his shoulder in one take. Shouldn't be a problem.
@@GarageGymRadioyou forgot to mention that your UPS driver is also Larry Wheels 😂
