Brandy, I say this all the time, you are a fantastic painter but you are an awesome teacher as well. You are very generous to explain everything you are doing in real time. That’s very helpful for the students in us. Another great job, that piece is gorgeous. I’m so happy you were able to find such a beautiful piece on the curb. God bless you and your family.
I have to try this. It’s so Gorgeous! Thanks for all the links….. I could not find a link for your son, hoy! No one I have seen paint can blend better then you! Absolute, perfection! The softness makes this piece!❤❤❤
Brandy, I am so glad you are using many different paint brands now. It seems akin to being an artist and having your hands tied only being allowed to use one brand. You are such an incredible artist and teacher and I am learning so much. This cherry blossom Bombay chest is stunning. Thank you so much for all you do.
Brandy, guurrlllll! The Bombay Chess is so gorgeous! You did an excellent job on this piece. I hope you know how talented and creative you are….wow, so stunning!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This is awesome!!!!! I find like you are realy finding your comfort in that not being with DB anymore. And as it sometimes happens when you have to leave your well known path and your comfort zone, this just seems to have pushed your creativity up the next level 😍
What a lovely find Brandy. Cherry blossoms 🌸 are significant to me especially during this time of year. Beautiful work. Continue having creative ✨️ fun!
I have a piece for my living room and every time I see one of your posts I change my mind as to what I want to do with my piece. Now I think this is the WINNER.
Hi Brandy, so happy you found this treasure. It looks awesome. Thank you for sharing the steps. I love all the cherry blossoms. How beautiful. There is one concern that I have though. Resin is so popular nowadays. But few people take real precautions. When using liquid resin indoors, it's important to use a mask, so as not to inhale the fumes. They are very toxic. I hope that you will take these precautions when using resin indoors and share them with others. Thank you.
What a spectacular piece of artistry! I am in awe of the different products you use to create these masterpieces. Painting on those different powders is next level!
Absolutely stunning...I love it! I love how you have brought out the pinks in the flowers using the dark wax and the touch up paint, I love the blended effect! This happens to be one of my favourite painted furniture videos ever!
Absolutely gorgeous, Brandy!! I just love these molds and how they look like they were carved onto the piece. Molds once intimidated me until I tried them the first time (another skill I inspired by watching you when you did the pieces with sunflowers and burlap texture) and couldn’t believe how easy they are to use!💜
@@BrushedbyBrandy I’m so glad you’re using them again! I didn’t realize you hadn’t used any (bc you weren’t able to?) in over a yr, until I watched last wks Paintcast episode with Emily as y’all’s guest.
🙆🏻♀️ ‘Bombe’ (pronounced ‘Bombay’)….and I LOVE THEM. When I used to get my Spiegel catalog, I would dream about having one. Congratulations for finding a discarded one!
You have been such a wonderful teacher over the past 2 years, when I needed inspiration I knew exactly where to look !! Thank you!! Unfortunately I lost two years worth of Dixie Belle paint collections and brushes and everything that goes with refinishing furniture as well as all of my pieces I had found some had already been completed some were in line to be completed and made beautiful again. Everything I had worked so hard to accomplish was gone in less than an hour and this is actually the first time I have watched another painting video since my house fire on February 1st!! I lost everything I loved ,everything!! Maybe I was getting too obsessed with the furniture and the paint and the transfers and the videos but it’s where I found my happiness .
Wow such a bummer you lost all your supplies! :( It's expensive to replace everything. I'm so sorry for you-- but on the bright side, you get to start collecting more stuff again cuz there is always furniture to paint! I hope that no one was hurt in the fire!
What a great transformation and what a great find on the curb. I love all of the colors and the moulds bring life to this beautiful piece. Definitely a one of a kind work of art. Thanks Brandy for another great video.
BRANDY i followed one of your videos for painting a vintage victorian dresser in fluff, transfers, iod moulding, and waxes. It turned out gorgeous!!!!!!
Hi Sherry, I would love to see your before and after picture. I purchased a vintage louis kidney writing desk with matching chair. I have been googling how to paint it so it is a pearl iridescent color like I have seen on similar furniture non etsy. I also bought the prima mold Brandy is using. I am also going to try the raised stenciling on the sides with glass bead jell I learned from watcing another you tuber good luck
Stunning piece, as usual! I’m always so excited when you have new videos! I’m loving all of these new products you are featuring! Thanks for sharing your amazing teaching skills and your family participation is always great to watch! I can’t stress enough what a tremendous influence you have been on me! Such an inspirational teacher! Thank you!!
Brandy thank you so much for this tutorial. You are very talented, and this came out stunning. You have inspired me as a newbie to try different techniques. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
I love these short videos (not that I don't love your live ones.) These give me lots of tips in a condensed version and I pay better attention to the techniques. Thank you for providing access to your talents!
This piece is stunning. Love the cherry blossom mold. You used this years ago, and I bought it then! Just used it for the ugly wood knobs on my jewelry box since they do not come off without damaging the lining in the box. You are so talented...and I aspire to be you!!! Love that your son is so involved. You have great kids. Great painter/artist and best of all MOM!
Absolutely love this piece! I don’t know if it is just me but I would need you so slow down your talking so I can take it all in . My brain doesn’t work that fast since having a stroke last year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work, I’m sure it’s really hard to let them go when they look as stunning as this . ❤️
Brandy do you seal your Mudd before you paint it, and this dresser is stunning 😍 you and Crys Donna are the best teachers in the business, Do you have a picture of the first thing you ever flipped, I would love to see it, 👀,, you have a wonderful day girl, keep on brushing
Thank you for the molding lesson! I am thinking of doing that but had no idea how to start. You have given me the impetus to start now, for this I am grateful.
Brandy, I am so thankful to learn from you. Every technique you have shared is so well explained and demonstrated. Your recent move to full autonomy in your artistic creations and tutorials has already proven to be a godsend not only for you but for all who learn from you. My best to you and Dawna. Betty Neu

Wow! Love it! Right before you sanded down the edges of the raised florals, I was getting worried, but I know you know what you are doing.
I should have sanded them sooner in the process, but I got carried away painting
You are so talented Brandy!! I love watching your videos.
Thank you so much!
Amazing beautiful
Absolutely Amazing, thank you for that informative lesson!
This is STUNNING! The cherry blossoms fit the shape of the dresser perfect.
They really suited the style of this one
You remind me to re-think the effect of detail. Taking the time to reconsider pays off. It is what the skilled craftsman would do.
So very true! The detail work is probably my favorite part
Absolutely gorgeous, Brandy!! I just love these molds and how they look like they were carved onto the piece. They are crazy easy and so many possibilities

🙆🏻♀️ ‘Bombe’ (pronounced ‘Bombay’)….and I LOVE THEM.

Congratulations for finding a discarded one!
The problem is, most people spell it wrong in search terms, so I had to go with that, put it both ways in the description
@@BrushedbyBrandy,
It’s all good. 👍🏼
Thirty years later, I still don’t have a Bombe….OR a Bombay Chest! 🙆🏻♀️
This is absolutely breathtaking! And you look wonderfully happy. ☺️
Gorgeous!
