I think to get that realism factor in lighting the game needs to have that shine and shimmer, something GT7, GTSport and Driveclub have done very well. Lower the brightness a bit and due to limitations of hardware and AC, the environmental shadows needs some work. Wheels looks too bright and some things stand out too much. Assetto corsa with mods. Probably custom shades patch and a specially post processing filter. Get assetto its very cheap
