Those 10L80s sound so good shifting, well I guess it’s actually the LT1 that sounds so good but it’s different from even 8L shifting sound. Watching this made me consider risking it all with my wife and trading my G37 in for a 6gen.
Honestly is!! Chevy changed the exhaust and crackles in the 2020+ Camaro 10l80’s. I use to have a 2020 Mustang 10R80 but this Camaro sounds more aggressive! It’s the factory exhaust as well. I even have a cold start clip on my channel if you want to heart it!!
@@Evil2SS I saw it bro, sounds really good. I guess you have NPP exhaust? IMO you don’t need Magnaflow or Borla etc if you have the dual mode from factory. Which car do you like living with better? 5.0 or SS?
@@samholcombe3129 yea the dual mode is a really good. I’m not switching the exhaust . I really do like the Camaro, I daily it and have zero issues. Visibility isn’t really that bad with the 2SS option because the rear view mirror turns into a Camera while you drive and I have the magnetic ride suspension that really helps a lot! Also to race and build IMO the Camaro is faster new mods are still coming out for it like the unlockabled tcm for the 10 speeds. However it does cost more because you have to get flex fuel kit to run e85 a new tcm and a tune, it adds about to around 2k while the mustang lund tune is 600$ and you’re good to run e85 and tcm’s are unlocked for mustangs. N/A Camaro is faster, boost/supercharged Mustang are faster
@@Evil2SS I’ve seen a couple of N/A stroked 416 H/C SSs on UA-cam that are pretty sick but it’s amazing what they’re doing SBE LT1 too. I’ve had a 1st Gen, 3 - 3rd gens, 2 - 4th gens and a 5th gen, none of them had great outward visibility especially 3rd and 5th, but it never really bothered me that much. 6 gens are slightly better than 5th as far as that goes, and they’re such a great platform for whatever kind of racing/driving your into. Those Coyotes are nasty with TT or a big blower though, especially up top.
@@samholcombe3129 you should wait till the end of the year! They might bring out the lt2 for Camaros. I heared you will be able to tune the ecm and tcm for them. That would for sure make the Camaro #1 with no doubt if they did that. I would even sell my Camaro 2SS for the LT2

@@Evil2SS yep..i finally found one 2hrs away , the salesman said it was the only black auto in Ga..i didnt even go look at..i told them to get it ready and i would pick up the next day..the price was a little higher than normal but not as bad as it is now!! Glad i got it b4 things got too crazy!! I love it!! Also the dealership gave me a lifetime powertrain warranty so i really cant do a whole lot to it..dont wanna mess that up! Lol

I would say getting a used 2020+2SS with low mileage would be be somewhere in the 40-42k! If you are going to daily it I recommend 2ss with magnetic ride control

The new mustang won’t be able to be tuned. Ecm and tcm are locked. If anything I would go with the S550. I had a 2020 5.0 10 speed and out of the two the 2SS Camaro is my favorite! If I could do it all again I would get the Lt1 with the RS package🙌🏼
@@Evil2SS yea man we all have different taste in cars personally my homie got a 2019 5.0 and let me drive it and honestly I liked it better then the SS and as for the tuning the guy that tuned my SS told me that there is a lot of rumors going around about it bieng untunable which is not true it is going to be difficult but he says that as soon as tuners gets there hands on them they will crack it in no time he actually said that 2 customers that have there’s on order will be dropping them off to him to try to crack the ecu
@@Justaeuropeanman yea hopefully it can be tune I remember everyone said the same about the camaro tcm tune for the 2020+ they were untunable until a company made a whole new tcm for the Camaros. Now with a tcm tune it’s a completely different monster. However they are hard to come by

Unfortunately I’ve tried it and the wind noise ruins everything. Hopefully I get a insta360 to record a new perspective and wind noise won’t be an issue

A cold start is when the vehicle’s been sitting long enough to cause it to start on the warm-up loop. It usually idles higher and is louder.
What the f--k is the deal with "cold start"?
The engine will typically sound louder and more aggressive on cold starts.
