Hi friends! I agree that education and studying is important, but from personal experience as well as several studies by reputable universities, you still need to get your 7-8 hours of sleep to function properly. Yes, everyone has their prime time and some people can sleep 5 hours and feel good, but trust me, cramming at night is not good for long-term retention! My tips: - get my 8 hours of sleep, start studying right in the morning, get a coffee break after 2 hours, and breakfast. - Take 5-10 min breaks after 1 hour of focused studying. - Listen to lo-fi/background music. Avoid drinking caffeine after 4PM. - When you get drowsy, get up and start jumping! - Omega fats are really good for our brains, so eat some healthy fats like salmon, avocado or walnuts! Instead of coffee after 12PM, drink green tea (it's slow-release caffeine). Good luck all, you can do it!!!
Students have so much energy in their teen n peak days so dont worry won't happen anything even if u sleep 4 Or 2 hrs most of iit aspirant sleep 4 hrs only

Never! Never do that power nap thing if you genuinely want to study late at night. If you feel sleepy, go straight into your kitchen and charge yourself with a cup of strong coffee but not Power nap...I repeat no power nap!!

5 best techniques for studying effectively at night:-
Do creative work at night and analytical work in the morning
Make a quick time table - break up your sessions.....
1)Light
a) Light food - Have a light dinner before studying.
b) Light tool - don't have too many things on your table.
c) Bright Light - don't study under a dim light as it can strain your eyes and make you feel sleepy.
2) Energy and sleep -
a) Make sure you get 6-7 hrs of sleep during the day.
b) Take a half an hour power nap before you start night studying.
c) Preserve your energy during the day.
3) Warm up and keep warm - start the study session with a few practical sums and if you are studying theoritical subjects , make handwritten notes.
At the end of every hour get up and get yourself a glass of water, walk about, stretch your legs and warm up your body.
4) Midnight cravings - Have healthy midnight snacks kept ready to have them during the breaks.
5) Regularlity - Have a regular wake and sleep cycle.

Please send perfect time table while online classes ....😀😀
Lol this channel has helped me to work a lot on my studies
I'm pissed off because i couldn't focus to read books since i get back to my work! I do love reading, but it seems really tough to me right now to concentrate, but I'm so grateful because your explanation is really accurate specially when it comes light! Our place where we read has a a huge factor as well, so much better to organize your stuff in order to think really well.
Ma'am please do a time table for night owls.🎓
Wow it's not only me who studies in night...there are many more..(jst got to know from the comment section ).😄
I will start this at from today. Thank you ma'am 😘🙏🙏🙏🙏👏
If I wake up at 5:00 for atleast 6 days then i need to sleep upto 8 on 1day... 😃
Please help me.....
I studied from 10 pm to 4 am and slept from 4 am to 12 noon. In afternoon also, I studied for 2 hrs 2 times. Which makes 10 hrs a day. But I "used to" because of tooooo much of school work now, I'm a "morning study person" and following her time table as well...

Mujhe daat pdti hai 9 bje se pehle na utho to

Hey... same here 😅
Proper usage of time between 6 am to 10 . 30 pm is enough, u take small naps in afternoon 20 minutes, it's not depends on how much time u study but how focuss and productive u are? Good luck keep going

I started to study at 10 and now sleeping at 5 in the morning .
But I have to go school at 7:00 from UP to Karnal. Our school gets off at 1:40 and I reach home by 4:00 or 4:20 .so I don't have time to sleep 7 or eight hours in morning ☹️☹️😔😔
