Description
You guys have been asking me for years to do a cover of Daughter of Evil, but I always struggled with the song due to it's pitch. Unfortunately there are some songs that are too high even for me! So when we began doing custom instrumentals for my covers, I thought I'd have one made that would allow me to sing the song in a pitch that I was comfortable with.
So here you have it! After like... 5 years or something, I have FINALLY done a cover of Daughter of Evil!
Please stay safe out there I know that the world is kinda crazy right now but we're still working hard on new covers and videos - I will announce when these will be available to download next week when I upload a new version of either Regret Message or Servant of Evil in ENGLISH!
And yes, and English cover of Daughter of Evil has indeed been done! It will be uploaded in a couple of weeks! 💕💕

I swear, if you didn't see what Lizz looked like, then you'd assume she's Japanese. She gets the accent down perfectly.

@@anandaerma2710 Nope, but i'm very intruged in the language and i've compared it to other original Japanese artists.
@@Esper0101 I'm not Japanese either, Korean here, but I can still hear the harder English-favoured bits in the consonants. Japanese sounds softer, if that makes sense.
To me it sounds like an American or British or even Canadian (cant tell the difference) accent speaking Japanese
The voicebox stops having the capasity to make new sounds when you stop needing to develop speech, thats why we have accents when speaking a foreign language
I cant attest to how well she speaks Japanese, but she isnt using a Japanese accent since thats impossible for someone who didnt grow up around people with a Japanese accent
Maybe the word you were looking for was fluency? You can be fluent without being native
As a Japanese speaker I can hear a few mistakes like "hiZA" not "hiZU" and some pronunciations need to be clearer but overall she's pretty good and I've always loved her voice.

It’s cool to hear the other perspective. The little homage to regret message and servant of evil scattered about. I’m curious to what led her to such a misguided start.
I believe that when Rilliane was a child, something happened and she was possessed by the demon of pride. In fact, the whole story about the letter in a bottle in Regret Message was told to Allen (The servant) by Banica Conchita, the demon of gluttony
She was possessed by the demon of gluttony as a child, and then she was given a cursed mirror by her maid, Ney! The mirror caused her to be evil because it was possessed by the demon of Pride!
Tafari Lanclos Alexiel disowned himself after an assassination attempt or smth like that and ended up being adoptive siblings of Germaine Avadonia (Meiko). Rilliane was fated to die (due to the revolution) but Allen decided that won’t happen and they switched, averting her fate. She ended up living the rest of her life along with Clarith as Rin.

I love how she sings both English and Japanese incredibly well. I can't wait for the rest of the Japanese covers and possible English remakes! The story of evil is arguably probably my most favorite songs from Vocaloids. Not only does the melody get to you, reading the lyrics and understanding it is easier than a lot of other Vocaloid songs, making it a lot easier for people to actually understand and relate to it. After listening to them second time over and the next time over, might even pick things up that wasn't realized the first time. I've seen a lot of animations for the story of evil as well, which I think is really nice for people wanting to visualize it all as well.

"the letter she kept waiting for" would be better since Re_Birthday isn't connected to this story
@@notme8652 Actually, it's speculation. Mothy never officialy said that it's part of SoE, but the song definitely brings up some "Plot points" from the series. The most obvious things should be the red and blue chains, and the Message the boy is receiving.

Honey milk to die Not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but her name is Rilliane. She’s one of many many many Rin characters. Though there is one named Rin-Chan. Hundreds of years after this song.
