Thanks. I just purchased my Jackery 1000+2 weeks ago and have only played with it at home. I agree with everything you said, except that I am a 65-year-old woman and realized how out of shape I am when I had a hard time lifting it. Now I’m doing weight-bearing exercises every day with this thing! Who knew Jackery would provide the great program! This is mysecond Jackery. My first one is a small 300. Really loved it for my first camping trip a few months ago, and I plug my twinkle lights into it when we entertain out on the front courtyard in the evenings.
i just bought the Jackery 1000 plus , it came with the jackery 100 mini SolarSaga panels all for $799 at Costco today ! just watched your video and cant wait to try it out
I would buy EcoFlow delta 2, 1024W battery with 1800W inverter peak surge for 2700W and pay $649, you can almost buy 2 for the same price your Jackery costs.
I have the Ecoflow and Yoshino. Both are great! But I would spend for the Jackery since it uses Life batteries and has a smart app. I like the Jackery.
I bought the plus during prime day for the LifePo4. Willing to pay a little more for the promised extra charges and for being more environmentally friendly.
Thanks so much for al of the information. Greatly appreciated. 3 questions: Are these noisy when in use? Can you use and solar charge at the same time? Which is better, the V2 or the plus? please help. I'm really new at this. LOL
Maybe there's an online runtime calculator for this? I'm trying to figure out how many appliances can be run off this for how long. Or how long a bunch of PCs can run off this... Basic questions like that. But sure looks intriguing!
We just release a video last week about how to choose the right power station - in the video I explained the math! You should be able to use that math to answer your questions!
I bought one of these with the foldable solar panel, worked well for 18 months then the solar panel stopped working couldn't be fixed shortly after the Jackery power unit stopped charging and is now useless, I contacted Jackery but then didn't want to know, my advice is buy a more reliable brand
I realize this video is a bit older, is this unit using a lithium-ion battery ? ... I am on their website and it seems it does. Newer models are using the LiFeP04 batteries which are supposedly much better.... I need to see if you have other newer big power units from Jackery on your channel. I remember reading on Reddit a few months ago that people were disappointed that Anker was putting lithium ion batteries in some of their units.
All power packs use high-frequency inverters. If you know a company useing low frequency can you tell me so i can look into it as a future option @quickquote1568
Nice video. I really like this unit but I feel it’s completely overpriced. Jackery s discounts seem to not really be “discounts” either so I’ll have till wait until it comes down in price which is practically never 😂
What unit do you use that has a small capacity like this one, but also has a higher surge load then 4000W? I feel like that’s a pretty good surge for a small unit, but I’d love to play with one that’s even better!
I use a 1.5kW low frequency, transformer based inverter charger with a 4,500 Watt surge capacity, coupled with a 100Ah 12V LFP battery and a 60 Amp MPPT charge controller in my first unit. The second unit uses a 3kW low frequency, transformer based inverter charger with a 9,000 Watt surge capacity, two 100 Ah 24 V LFP batteries and a 100 Amp MPPT charger.@@TheSolarLab

I just bought mine (for $850 on Amazon) having survived Hurricane Helene here in Western NC. This power station is a must have in emergency situations
same location for me and looking and reviewing..
I would buy EcoFlow delta 2, 1024W battery with 1800W inverter peak surge for 2700W and pay $649, you can almost buy 2 for the same price your Jackery costs.
I bought two Jackery 1000plus for $649 each.
They are on sale right now for $749 each.
This unit is available for $679 during the Jackery Black Friday sale (11/2024). Seems like a steal.
I have the Ecoflow and Yoshino. Both are great! But I would spend for the Jackery since it uses Life batteries and has a smart app. I like the Jackery.
Prime day sale has this unit plus the jackery 100, plus 2 100w panels for only $990.. I think I’ll get it
extra battery is only $449-$479 right now!!!
i got it on that sale
I bought the plus during prime day for the LifePo4. Willing to pay a little more for the promised extra charges and for being more environmentally friendly.
Thanks, I bought one earlier today and wanted to see what someone else thoughts on it….
Just got the 1000v2 and a 100w solar panel for £649 !!
Nature's Generator Platinum, that sounds like something you'd should test because it can all use wind
You can buy a 1000plus + extra battery right now for $1200!!!
That is 2500wh of Jackery LifePO4 for $1200!!!
Got the 1000 Pro and 1000
I just picked up the Explorer 1000 v2 (2024) with $450 off, so it came to $550. It’s got the LiFePO4 battery but I don’t think you can stack it.
Thanks so much for al of the information. Greatly appreciated. 3 questions: Are these noisy when in use? Can you use and solar charge at the same time? Which is better, the V2 or the plus? please help. I'm really new at this. LOL
I just bought mine two days ago for $839. Should I complain???

@@TheSolarLab Oh awesome! Added the vid to my watch list, thank you! 👋
I need four outlets if I use a power strip to one of those outlets, could I power for things?
Can i connect traditional rigid panels to this unit? what adapters might i need? Thank you!
yes you can, you just likely need an MC4 to MC3 adapter! Depends what connectors your current panels have

Awesome videos bro 😊

Cool video! But honestly the Anker Solix C1000 is a better unit.
Maybe we will put them head to head in a video💁🏼♀️
The Anker Solix C1000 is still a low surge, short lived, high frequency, transformerless unit, so no, its not a better unit.
I've got the c1000 and am enjoying it thinking of the expansion
All power packs use high-frequency inverters. If you know a company useing low frequency can you tell me so i can look into it as a future option @quickquote1568
Is it quit ? I will using it to power my guitar amp for recording it must be quite
Can it be charged using a 240v home outlet?
"Plunk..." lol. Good stuff.

Duuude…🤙🏽🤙🏽🔥
Mine is so loud
It’s important to be “sick”.😖
Thats a tiny baby? I feel bad for his mother
No thanks. These toys can't produce a high enough surge capacity for my emergency loads.
A man with big loads! Nice. LOL, Definitely need a bigger unit for big loads
Not a bigger unit. A unit with without such a wimpy surge capacity. @@TheSolarLab
